I'll acknowledge my case is a bit of an edge case, but it's worth mentioning for anyone in similar circumstances.

Food and atmosphere is standard for Taco Bell; clean-ish restaurant, cheap but good food. However, if you order inside, there's a chance you'll be waiting up to 10 minutes. Twice now I've walked in this place in a hurry looking for quick takeout (I drive tall vans for work) and I've ended up waiting 10 minutes for my quick, two burrito order.

The first time, I was apologized to and given some really mediocre coupons (free soft taco with another order or something along those lines). The second time, just a few days ago, they just explained that they were working on my order and they had a lot of orders, but:
- Only I and one other person were inside. The other person had also waited a similar amount of time from what I could tell.
- One takeout or door dash order came in, got their order pretty quickly, and left.
- The only people at the restaurant were drive thru customers, something I would've happily done had I the ability to (again, tall van).
- I had to remind them that I ordered a drink when they handed me my order.

As best I can figure, they're prioritizing drive thru and door dash orders over people that come inside, and that's a fine practice because people that come inside aren't typically in as big of a hurry as drive thru or door dashers, but at *some* point you have to stop putting everyone else in front of your inside customers that have been waiting.

If you can't go through the drive thru, and you're in a hurry, you're better off crossing the street to Culvers', because you'll genuinely get your food faster (bonus points for being less messy, but you already knew that).

I've also had this location completely forget an item before. Skip this location and head to the one further down the road on Craig Rd if you have time.

Food was cold, messed up order. The replacement was cold. I love Taco Bell. I was so disappointed in the service and the food. Wouldn't recommend this Taco Bell location

All the workers were teens so this might make sense but, My chicken chalupa shells were stale, my Mexican pizza looked like someone just threw everything together and didn't bother to make it look like it was a Mexican pizza, my 2 soft shell tacos had literally all the contents half out before I even unwrapped it to eat it (I could see through the wrapper). When i got my order i double checked to make sure everything was in there and they had the nacho bellgrande on top if the Mexican pizza which smashed the hard shells. And when I got my order they forgot my drink.

Place has no idea what it's doing. Cars take forever to get through the line. Come here if you want to wait 20 min. Otherwise drive across town to the other one. Would probably be quicker.

We’re out of both beef and chicken. Happens often. Some manager needs to figure out the correct way to order truck/how much to order. Lady at the drive through was sweet but you could tell this mistake was ruining her night. Also only drive through was open so everyone had to wait in a 20 min line before being told there was no beef or chicken. Maybe next time put out a price of paper or something to let people know before they wait. Good luck.

Honestly every single time I come here they ALWAYS ruin my meal. Either they do not give you what you ordered or they prepare it like it’s slop. So overrrrr coming here. Time and time again just disappointing. Over it.

The photo literally speaks for itself BUT, I asked her twice for our order and waited about 5 minutes for her to answer. She looked at us and said NOTHING, then continued to put sauce in a container that was no where needed to be filled. She then started to just walk around the lobby, Not wiping or cleaning anything since it was already clean. So we continued to wait another 7 minutes for another worker to come up and hand it to us🤦🏽‍♀️ I feel like if you don’t want to do the job, then don’t come to work.‼️

Genuinely do not remember the last time i got what i actually ordered from this place, door dash, uber eats, drive through, doesn’t matter. It’s like they do it on purpose, i cannot fathom how they can consistently give me absolutely nothing i ordered. On top of that, the burritos are always so poorly jumbled together. It looks like whoever made them started tossing random things in and called it good when they couldn’t decipher what they’re actually looking at, then wrapped it with their hands balled into a fist while blindfolded. This place needs to be added to the wonders of the world’s list because it’s a miracle that they’re still open.

Lazy workers who put their needs before customers, for example, came in to place order and the manager walks out to smoke while other employees are twiddling their thumbs saying “we can’t take orders right now our manager is gone”. Why work there if you can’t even make the food? Along with taking 20 plus minutes to make one taco, many items missing from orders. Also employees literally locking a customer in the lobby with their hands full of food as they were walking out.. not impressed. Just overall horrible service and horrible food.

This is the slowest taco bell imaginable. You'd probably save time driving across town to a different one. There's always only like one employee who looks like they're ready to off their own eye lids
