Absolutely horrible. Waited in the drive thru (trapped between cars) forever. No one ever attended to anyone and we all had to bail. Do not go late at night and expect any service.

My husband stopped Monday eve. 9 Carson line. He went inside, they wouldn't wait on him, said they were too busy! Inside very dirty. No more visits to this location. ?

Three weeks ago and the following week they were out of rice. (At noon, really?) The next week the beans were missing. This week I had to eat my salad with a spoon AND they forgot the sour cream.? The saga of the chicken power bowl salad continues. Or maybe not. Stay tuned.

Used to be a pretty decent Taco Bell but has seriously gone downhill. Several times order has been wrong, sometimes missing food and not giving chicken when its an upcharge to change and often doesn't put the sauces that are supposed to come on the food. Once gave us bathroom paper towel as napkins... Staff also seems unprofessional and uncoordinated, the lady that sits in a chair at the window has yelled at us when pulling up and given odd comments making us feel uncomfortable.

First off went inside and tried to order food but no on came. Saw they had the touch screen thing to order food and someone said the lobby is closed so I asked if I can order for take out and he said yes and left. So then I’m ready to order and the screen shuts off so I go to the drive throw and waited for 15 minutes til someone picked up. I got to the window and got my food. The food tasted like they sprayed chemicals on it and my taco had nothing in it. I left and no one told me thank you or have a good day. I was ready to leave and this guy screamed. They customer service here is unacceptable.

We always order the chicken power bowl salad. When they get it right, it's delicious but getting it right is more the exception than the rule. Some key ingredient, essential to the salad, is always missing. My dining companion is overly concerned that she won't get a fork ? because that too has happened. But we just keep going back. The crow gives the dumpster five stars.

This is the third and last time here. Gave them a chance and they (owners) blew it. I've had shouting from the kitchen, messed up orders (that is bad when you have food allergies and staff argues with you about the order), ran out so that they can have a crew meeting, and now they are so very, very lazy we're shouted at from the kitchen to use the kiosk to place an order. Why? There was nobody inside and no one in the drive thru. It's the last straw for us. We will never, ever be back. Advice: Spend your money across the street at Culver's or next door at Ayby's. The food will be better and the service will definitely be better.
