My friend was super happy with his crab Rangoon but unfortunately I was very disappointed with the Orange Chicken. I was looking for any sign of chicken in the clusters of deep fried something and realized it was mainly fat with batter fried in fat. My friend said oh yuck before she could even chew it and spit it out. I can't believe I paid almost $13 for this meal and can't even eat the chicken. Live and learn I guess..... .? Although, the staff was very friendly and courteous!!!

Good food, poor service. Placed an order and was told it would be a 25 minute wait, simply asked for the food to be placed on the to go rack for pick up once completed. Returned 40 minutes later, the food had not been made and simply was overlooked/ forgotten about. Overheard the woman would took our order snap at a different employee working when he confronted her about why the food hadn’t been made. Received my order an hour after I paid for it, the male employee was very apologetic and provided free meal coupons.

Tried them for the first time, definitely will not spend my money here again.The rice was way overcooked and over sauced, and it wasn’t good sauce. The egg roll was undercooked and yikes, it tasted like cat food smells.The women at the register was new, she was polite and professional.$30 and it went in the trash.

Very clean, helpful staff with all questions being first time eating here. Order was presented quickly, fresh and hot. Generous amount of food for price, meat was made perfectly, vegies were plentiful, nice amount of sauce to last thru the entire meal. Will definitely go back again :)

The place is very inviting right when you walk in. It was clean and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. We definitely will go back for more date nights! The silverware along with the food was amazing too!

I'll give it a 3 stars because of the awesome customer service. I got the spicy tofu. The tofu had great texture and flavor. But the rice was salty and mushy. As far as veggies, it was just cabbage and one broccoli ?Dietary restrictions: I asked the brown rice be fried but it didn't taste good ?

Absolutely tasty food,the chicken teriyaki with brown rice has become a favorite! great service and pleasant atmosphere.Clean bathrooms. Not spendy and big portions. I think I will become a regular at this restaurant .

Unimpressed. I placed an online order while at work to be picked up once I got off. I got off early from work (yay) and arrived 45 min early. I was surprised to find out that I couldn’t get my food any earlier. The girl at the register(no name tag) was very unhelpful and seemed like she didn’t care to try and figure out how I could get my order going now. She said the ticket doesn’t print until 15 min before pickup. I offered to show her my receipt to show what I ordered since it was already paid for online and she said she still needed a ticket and that I’d have to wait the 45 min. So I sat outside for 45 min and when I came back in she informed me that the grill had broke and they were out of chicken. She asked if steak was fine, I said sure. I then had to wait another 15 min for my food. So my night that started out great by getting off work early…ended with me getting home later than usual. The food was okay but not worth the headache I went through. I’ll just keep going to Kobe’s in the mall for my chicken teriyaki. They are fast and friendly.

The food was not good. It's pretty hard to mess up Asian food but it happened.. the meat was burnt and I found a round piece of rubber/silicon in my rice..wtf? Won't ever order food from here again - it's a hazard and tastes terrible.

Food was blah. Chicken was hard as rock!!Oversauced and sloppy. Barely any veggies even though it said it would have a decent amount of vegetables. Staff was unprofessional. Looks like they hard up for workers because.....I hope they improve. Should be cheaper in it's plastic serving dishes and low quality. Tried it three times. Same s#@t results.

Food was terrible. Teriyaki sauce was so thick and cold it was note edible. Crab Rangoon had no crab in it. Unfortunately will not be back

Served old food dry a** chicken absolutely gross and notice an employee eating who had fresh food I hope no one comes here Eau Claire is lacking so much with food choices you think they would step it up and actually serve fresh food we love hibachi style food won't be returning

After reading some of the reviews I was somewhat cautious about stopping in. I have to totally disagree with what I read ... I thoroughly enjoyed the food, the service and the all-around experience. The food was excellent ... the egg rolls are the best I have ever had. The staff was pleasant, efficient and answered any questions I had regarding the menu. I have been there twice now and plan to go back as a regular! Thank you for being a great addition to the downtown experience!
