Looking for great ice cream? This is a hidden gem located near Festival Foods area. Bridgemans Ice Cream Yum. Lots of choices to choose from and a nice size scoop of ice cream for the money.The staff was so helpful and friendly. He was so friendly and helped answer our questions. Thank you.The atmosphere is very comfortable and nice. Would be nice to meet friends there.They also have coffee and sandwiches.I highly recommend checking them out.

Had lunch there today. The Kolaches are delicious, lattes were wonderful, ice cream killed it... But the great food couldn't compete with the service. He refused his tip, so I'll do the best I can here.

Between 3:05-3:20 today, young man who waited on me was randomly rude for no apparent reason. Started out okay, but suddenly turned and seemed uncomfortable and irritated I existed. Seemed to be slamming things around while making my shake. The vibe was palpable. Very strange, since two other young men who have waited on me in the recent past were very kind and pleasant. If I saw this one at the counter again in the future, I'd just turn around and walk back out. That said, not sure it's worth the risk and probably won't be back. Pretty random and unprovoked. These ice cream orders are things I can make myself anyway...and stay in a good mood.

We hit up a few places in Eau Claire for ice cream and this was by far the best we had in the area. Highly recommend!Bonus: the employee that served us also said "toodles" when we left so. There's that.
