Placed a mobile order tonight for a to go order. When we arrived to pick up our food we checked in on the app and was inform that there is an issue and we would need to pick up our order at the counter.
Okay no problem it happens.
I started to head towards the door when a female yelled at me out of the drive thru window that the lobby was closed and no one was going to help me. I was never given a chance to tell her what I was attempting to do. Needless to say we canceled...read full review
