for a fast food experience, this place was rather slow. it took quite a while for the crew to get me A fish sandwich and fries and soda. it didn't seem that crowded at the same time.

2 of the 4 ranch they gave us were open and I couldn't use a gift card I got today because it's damaged and they couldn't type in the numbers. I also asked for barbecue sauce and idk if the person taking the order didn't hear or what because we didn't get

Great employees and the food is always delicious, even if you have to wait a bit. The problem isn't the staff, the problem is people not wanting to work, so the ones that do are stretched thin....add in customers that freak out about ketchup, sauces, wait times, sodas etc...well there you go. It's fast food, it is not a necessity in life, if you are going to lose your mind over it, you better just stay home... possibly forever.
