Apparently, Subway changed their bread recipe to taste more like Jimmy John's, so it will be chewier.... I made my purchase at about 1:20 in the afternoon... the bread was dried out to the point 2" on one side was hard, about 1" on the other side. The top was dry and flaking off... I called the store and they said it was fresh as of 10 am.... I returned to the store for a refund and she offered me a free 6" in the future.... I told her I would pass if this truly is a change in their bread recipe.... Subway you have lost a customer... I'll be deleting your app, and all future coupons will go straight to the trash... the bread is why I USED to buy Subway.

Normally pretty good, but went there Friday night and was a little disappointed. They had a large online order, which I can understand slows things down a little bit. But having 3 people working shouldn't slow it down 15 minutes. As far as my food; they forgot cheese on 2 of 3 sandwiches, and they pulled sandwiches out of the oven and left them on back counter. Waited another 5 minutes to be cashed out. I suggest scheduling more than 1 experienced person when you have 2 employees that are still training.
