We always stop by Hatch whenever we visit DC. The outdoor patio is a fantastic space to hangout, enjoy a cocktail, try some spirits or wine, and just relax. We are particularly fond of the honey barrel bourbon and always pick up a bottle. The new mead and wine options are very unique and fun to try, though some are a little bit different than what I'm used to, it's part of the fun!

The place itself is adorable! Has so much potential, the two bartenders that worked yesterday afternoon were so rude and unhelpful. We were at the counter waiting to order and one of them walked up and said "can I help you"? We said yes, we have never been here so hoping you have some recommendations. For the four of us she nearly threw the menu at us. Just one. The drinks were good... the people working there need some customer service training.

The staff are not only informative but also incredibly kind, guiding you through their selection like seasoned pros. I went in for a flight, got a taste of the good stuff, and left with some merch and a couple of bottles to keep things festive. Whether you're stocking up or just stopping by, this place has you covered!

One of my favorite places in Door County. Their spirits are something special - I appreciate that their selection goes beyond the traditional. Their flights are reasonably priced, service is great and the atmosphere is comfortable. Highly recommend.

The industrial ambiance and selection of take home bottles tops it off, you won’t be disappointed!

Can not say enough great things about Hatch Distilling! We hosted our wedding welcome party here and the owner Chris and his team was unbelievably attentive, caring, and kind. They went above and beyond to make the evening special and fun. The drinks are truly amazing and unique. Highly recommend making this space a priority when in Door County and considering for private events!!
