Love this restaurant! Nathan and his friendly staff provided excellent service for the entire season. The whitefish chowder is the best we have ever eaten anywhere. View is great inside or out. Everything we ordered on the menu was excellent. Looking forward to eating there next season.

Had a nice lunch on a blustery day, grilled Reuben and the Whitefish chowder. A couple of cocktails and enjoyed the view of the lake. Service was good, the restaurant was not too busy - coffee shop and chocolate shop out front.

This place is a hidden gem overlooking the water, and while I was there mid-week during a slower time of year, my meal was outstanding! I started upstairs on the open-air deck, but noticed several bees, so I went back downstairs and chose a table by the window so I could see the harbor.

Their menu options are amazing, and many consist of whitefish which is very common in Door County. They all looked delicious, but I chose the Cremini Mushroom Linguine with shrimp. It's made in a white wine cream sauce and topped with grated parmesan cheese. It was probably the best pasta dish I have EVER had! Hearty portion, and a slice of lemon & sunflower bread. Bravo!

The only downside is there isn't much parking, and I presume during peak season it is hard to find parking.

Unbeatable views of bay with nice vibe. May have been isolated experience, but they were sold out of what were my top 5-6 beer selections, no lagers, wheat beers, etc, with only the heaviest of beers, porters and such remaining. How can that be? Got a beer which wasn't cold. Appeared to have a decent wine selection. Very limited appetizer menu, but didn't stay to eat due to drink situation.

After being seated and receiving our waters, we waited for 30 minutes without any staff checking in on us. Finally, my husband had to go downstairs to request service. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing and lacked flavor.

This is a wonderful taste of local cuisine made with mostly local ingredients. Our waitress, Paige, was a delight and very attentive.

The white fish was really bad, no flavor at all. The pastrami Rueben was fabulous. The waiter was nice but slow and uninformative.

The food tasted good. We thought the portions were small. I ordered the white fish sandwich. The fish was maybe 1/8” thick with lots of breading. The slice of tomato was very thick to mask the thin piece of fish. It was $18. There were a lot of potato chips on the plate. My wife ordered the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw. It was very small. About the size of a small McDonald’s hamburger. There was a very thin layer of pulled pork and the coleslaw was almost non existent. It was $14. She also got a large amount of potato chips. We went for sandwiches, not for potato chips. The food we got tasted good. Just not very much. Not a good value if you’re hungry. The waiter didn’t even bother to fill our empty water glasses that were empty half way through our meal.

An overall great experience. We stopped for lunch. The menu was a bit limited for lunch, but everything we ordered was of the highest quality and absolutely delicious. The staff is some of the most courteous and professional servers I have EVER encountered. The rooftop offers picturesque views of the lake and town. Additionally, Mezzanine makes one hell of a crafted cocktail. I would highly recommend making a point to stop, while in Egg Harbor.
