While on a trip to door county, we decided to give this place a try given that it's been there for years. Our server was friendly and took great care of us. But the food was not good. Barbacoa beef burrito literally had no flavor and was swimming in a bland Verde. Also, no chips and salsa? Margarita tasted like it was premade from Costco. Learned our lesson and won't be back

The 3 salsa starter included warm homemade chips. Fish tacos were delicious. Great service - friendly and attentive.

Star ratings. 1 bad. 2 below average. 3 average / neutral. 4 good. 5 excellent.Food details last. This is 3 restaurants in one. Mexican, italiain and oriental. Realistically, it's a bar with food. I believe this just used to be Mexican, and then the Italian and oriental were added. My assumption was that sales were down, and they were trying to diversify to increase revenue. They are not chefs. This is a bar with blah food, not a restaurant in short. At least for the Mexican we had, the other genres could be different. We've usually gone to JJ's for Mexican before they retired and have wanted to try Moja Rosa's. I'm fully aware I went in the off-season, and it's difficult to control food cost, etc, at this time, but stale food should never be served.Party of 4. 3 waters, 1 margarita, taco salad, burrito, enchilada, 2 tacos with side of rice, guac. After tip, $90.Note meals are a la carte, so rice, etc, is $3.50 each additional.Didn't order the salsa trio, which was salsa, queso, and guac for $20. Note that guac is $9 by itself or $14 for a large. Assuming under the trio is regular size, which means 5.50 each for jarred queso and salsa. I pay $6 for fresh made salsa at major metropolitan higher end restaurants, not for a jar.Food was beyond bland. Salt would've done wonders. Taco salad shell was really stale.Chips that came with the guac were mixed some old some not. Guac had cilantro onions and tomatoes as it should, but there was no freshness to it. it was just bland. As was everyones meal. The Barbacoa was just shredded beef. But at least I had some seasoning.I think the waitress was newer, so we didn't give her a hard time and only asked for the chips with the guac she forgot. My burrito came with tomatoes, which i asked for none. Ordered chicken enchiladas they served barbacoa ones instead.

Food wasn't the worst, but not the best. I'd recommend waiting to get your Mexican fix if you're looking for good food. I tried nachos with Barbacoa. The table side guacamole was pretty good, but not worth the price. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful with ordering and service was fast.Dietary restrictions: They weren't great for accommodations for a friend who has a gluten intolerance.

Tourist!! Do not go here. Where do I even start?? I guess with the two good items out of seven. The guacamole was good and the chicken tenders were good. But I think they tasted amazing because everything else was terrible. The “general tso” chicken was not cooked properly, flavorless, and terrible portion size for 22 dollars!! The Pad Thai was NOT COOKED. The chicken was FLOPPING with Fettuccine noodles??? Absolutely not. The “deconstructed” crab Rangoon dip was disgusting. It smelled of OLD ROTTING FISH. I personally ordered the chicken quesadilla, and I promise you that the meat tasted and looked like Italian beef. The tortillas were so soggy that I couldn’t even pull off the tortilla to eat the inside of the quesadilla. Finally the “queso” dip. Y’all I promise you that it looked and smelled like broccoli cheese soup. I am never one to bash a restaurant or write a negative review. My grandparents owned a restaurant for 20 years. I understand the struggles of the food industry. HOWEVER! This food is unacceptable. This is the first and hopefully the last negative review I leave on a restaurant. ALSO!!! We attempted to call them after we got home and tasted our food in hopes to catch someone to talk to about the food, however no one answered the phone. They closed two hours early. Gordon Ramsey needs to come to town and do an overhaul on this place. God bless.

Well worth the stop. The restaurant is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. Disappointed because I really enjoyed the Chili and wanted to go back for another bowl. All around good food.

Unfortunately, this dining experience was a serious disappointment. From the fried mushrooms (which were fried to the point of incinerated, yet bursting with juicy oil) to the chicken parmesan ($24 - tasted like you might expect cat to) and the chicken pad Thai ($22) served with what appeared to be baked beans, undercooked fettuccine, jalapeños and topped with a fried egg - it was all pretty terrible. To make matters worse, it was NOT cheap. Oh, and they don't let you know up front that soft drinks do not include free refills, which made the bill even harder to pay. Such a bummer. P.S. the lights flickered the entire time we were "dining." The waiter didn't even reference it, and my family was patiently trying to decipher what Will from Stranger Things was trying to tell us... we left before the demagorgon arrived. Skip this one unless you're curious about the connection to the Upside Down.

Stopped in after arriving in town for the weekend. Bartender was kinda rude and named mine & my boyfriends tab beauty and the beast which i noticed on our receipt and didn’t find very funny at all and even asked him to clarify why it said that. Ordered the caprese pizza and was an extremely bland and not great pizza at all, especially for $28. Will not be back

My husband ordered the burrito and loved the cheese sauce on the top. I had the 2 enchilada dinner reasonably priced at $10.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The service was good, but the food was not good at all! We ordered the 'heap' of nachos and it was a dry pile of something! Plus they charged for every little item. $1.50 for jalapeños, nearly $4 for a tiny bowl of beans, neatly $4 for a tiny bowl of rice....charged for the tiny cup of salsa! And on top of all the charges, there was nothing redeeming about the food! Go somewhere else!

I would STRONGLY recommend this place! I'm surprised it only has 3 stars shoukd be a 5 star! Food, service, atmosphere was awesome! Had the barbacoa beef burrito and chips/salsa - best ever!! I definitely will go back! It's not just Mexican food they had homemade pizza, broasted chicken, Italian food, Chinese/Asian, burgers, salads ... just about everything you are hungry for !

Walked in. My family was placed at a back room table. Middle aged host said something like ‘waitress will get to you when they get to you’. Pretty clear what service would come after this. In spite of the ‘warm welcome’ we waited a bit to see what would come. Well the waitress sure didn’t. For quite a bit. We got up to leave and she came with a smile at that time. Too late. Too many nice places in the area to waste time here. Can’t recommend. In fact, don’t go would be our suggestion.
