We love PAMS. Great food and friendly folks all around. You can see one group of Karens left three bad reviews on one bad experience. Oh well, in Wisconsin in the summer ratchet Beckys from the Chicago suburbs are like mosquitoes. You can't avoid them and even after they are gone you are left scratching your head. Don't believe the haters, just dine with people you like, sit back and relax.A quaint restaurant in a quaint town. The Wisconsin Carbonara is so good it will make you want to slap your mama!!!

Just about everything on this menu was delicious. We had a reservation for a large party on a Saturday night, and we were really appreciative of how gracious and accommodating the restaurant & staff were. We had a beautiful table at the front of this restaurant, and we’d be remiss not to note that the restaurant ambiance and decor makes you feel like you’ve been transported to Martha’s Vineyard. We were very impressed by the diversity and abundance of vegan and veggie-forward dishes on the menu. The only thing we didn’t like, out of the great number of drinks, appetizers, and entrees that we shared was the walleye served over pasta. The pasta was fabulous, but the walleye was dry. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone, it is worth the trip to Elkhart Lake. I don’t know who Pam is, but boy does she know what she’s doing!

Dined with a table of 8 on a busy race weekend - excellent service and meal. We had great service and my meal was excellent. I had the Salmon and it is refreshing to eat at a place that has so many options for those with dietary restrictions! Friends had other items they raved about as well.
Vegetarian options: Not vegetarian, but there are also options for those who choose.
Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and there are so many options at PAM's and Stop-Inn Tavern!

We dined at P.A.M.'s with our family - table of 8 on IndyCar weekend. It was family friendly, charming and delicious! I highly recommend the PAM's salad, caprese and Chicken Marsala Gnocchi!! I couldn't believe there were so many delicious gluten free options. They also had a nice selection of wine. They make their recipes from scratch, so don't expect fast food. Enjoy the moment in this historic dining room. Good things come to those who wait.

Our group dined at P.A.M.’s during the IndyCar weekend and looking forward to going back during the Vintage weekend in a couple of weeks! Standouts were the Prime Rib (Saturday special), the Salmon and the WI Carbonara. The Fish Fry that we saw on special the night before looked excellent and can’t wait to try that next time. The entire dining room staff is friendly and and they all handled our large group, amongst several other groups on a busy race weekend, like pros.

We made a reservation for 7:15pm for 13. We arrived earlier told us they weren’t ready yet. Didn’t seat us until 7:30. As soon as we sat down we ordered because we all knew what we wanted. We didn’t get bread or appetizers for an hour. When we asked what was going on they just kept saying our food is coming. We finally realized that the kitchen for P.A.M’s is also the kitchen for stop in tavern. So they were taking orders from two restaurants. Our waitress was super sweet but you can tell was anxious because we kept asking where the food was and canceled some of our order because people in our party didn’t not want to wait anymore. For the rest that waited when didn’t get our food another hour and a half after appetizers. So we were there for for 2 and a half hours just waiting for food. If they can’t handle big parties then they should have said something when we made the reservation.Food was good but seemed a little over priced for the appetizers. BRUSCHETTA is literally just one piece of toast. Didn’t really get to take pictures of everything because we were starving. If you have a big party stay way unless you want to spend the rest of your Saturday waiting 2 hours for food. The bar inside the restaurant is soooo cute and the bartender was super friendly.

We waited 2 hours for our food. When we asked what was going on they kept saying “it’s coming.” They led us on for two hours. The first hour they didn’t even bring out appetizers. The thing that is the most irritating is that there were no apologies, no updated offered, and there was not one person on the staff that seemed to care. It’s rare we get to have a weekend getaway. Our reservations were seated late, and by the time dinner was wrapped up our evening was almost over. It was a terrible experience and we missed having a fun night because of the lack of care and transparency around the situation. There is no excuse for this service. If they could not handle the volume and knew they couldn’t get food out, they should have been honest from the beginning and advised us to go elsewhere.I’ve stayed at the Seibken’s resort for many years, this is likely my final year. I’m so turned off by this experience and I’d like to give my business to a place that cares for their customer.

Just a fantastic historic resort run by amazingly friendly people. The rooms are authentic and clean. Great location on the lake and walking distance to everything. Staff is so accommodating and will help anyway they can. Easy reservations and very competitive rates
First time staying here. There is an old building and a new (condo) building. Night and day differences. Stay in the condos. Nice bar / restaurant with some serious race history. Nice beach. We will be back.
Excellent place to stay. The pool is great but the beach is wonderful and very private. We stayed in the condos and they were very clean and nice. We have been up here several times and the town of Elkhart lake never disappoints us. The only negative point, the bathrooms by the pool are very old and creepy but our condo was right there so we just used our own bathroom.
We stayed in the newer condo one night and in the historic cottage the next due to availability. As reviewed, the condos are new, large rooms with balconies, huge tiled bathrooms, and elements of sustainable/eco-friendly construction like cork flooring. The linens were fresh, crisp and everything had a lovely sandalwood scent. The building was incredibly quiet, appeared to be many condos whose owners weren’t there for the weekend. The outdoor pool and hot tub were clean and uncrowded. The private beach was small but not busy and well equipped with SUP’s & kayaks for rent. The nearby restaurants (Social Club especially) were fabulous and suitable for urban dwellers accustomed to high quality, well-prepared modern offerings. The next night we stayed in the cottage, forewarned it was Euro-style small room with shared bathroom. We stayed in the upstairs 1 Queen, and found it building/room pleasantly well air conditioned, with the same crisp linens and quality bed, modern TV, and personalized woodsy hotel scent. Small, with older elements like carpet, but immaculately clean & comfortable. Our bathroom was only shared with one other room and presented no problem, we never even saw the other occupants. The wrap around porch was a peaceful place to watch a storm roll in. Fresh coffee in a thermos at the cottage entrance in the morning was an excellent local roast and piping hot. The owners were welcoming and friendly and willing to indulge us with the town/hotel history. We enjoyed golfing at nearby Quit Qui Oc; holes a little tightly packed together but too accessible to complain. We found the town & resort a peaceful, easy last-minute weekend getaway that was relaxing & well worth the trip. The town has interesting history and enough features nearby (Ice Age Trail, Road America, golf) to keep one entertained. Siebkens would be our preference over other hotels nearby—in addition to modern amenities per room, pool/hot tub/beach/rentals, they offer charming character and are easily navigable. Very much enjoyed it! Would recommend!
