Very cool history in the tavern, especially if you're a racing fan. Good beer selection and excellent prime rib sandwich and smash burger options, too. A great time, especially after a visit to Road America.

Cool spot and vibe with racing aesthetics. Great service and delicious food (prime rib sammy and homemade chips). Just a block from the lake.

My favorite place to stop when in town for events at Road America. So nice to have a place that offers gluten free options. Everything fried is gluten free, so even the fries are safe. The fish fry is amazing.

We got the steak sandwich, a salad, and the fish fry. All were quite good. The salad dressing is the same one Mom (also from Wisconsin) has made for the past 60+ years. Classic, old-school Wisconsin.

You order drinks and food at separate bars. Bloody Mary was an excellent choice given that I was in Wisconsin and on vacation.

You can eat on their patio, inside a screened porch, or inside. They also have some picnic tables in the grass if you have a dog with you. We didn't at this moment.

Every place in and around Siebkens is a must-try.

Great ambiance, food good, most of service experience was good, except for a rude, older, female server. Interrupted me trying to convey my order to the cashier, and while watching was flabbergasted. Even approached my table unprofessionally. We left

Overpriced, poor quality food. Burger was completely raw. Salad was bad. Noodles cold. Beer was poured during a keg change ... left hungry and with a $120 bill

It was really busy the Friday we stopped, a bit of a wait but was worth it, drinks and food above average

Amazing food for a diner/bar style restaurant! Good portion sizes, homemade chips tasted not burnt, and the hard left burger was to die for. You have to go up to the bar to order food (didn’t realize at first), but staff was very friendly.

Parking: Not much parking besides a couple street spots. There’s parking for the hotel on the street as well so it was a little tricky finding a spot.

I first visited Siebkins Stop Inn during a visit to Road America in 1984. SO when I returned 40 years later, I made a point to visit....4 nights in a row. I enjoyed several cold PBR bottles, A few Speckled Hens, and another local beer from SwitchGear Brewing. I enjoyed everything I ate, but the superstar for me was the roasted carrot appetizer with Pistachios and blue cheese. Holy Smokes! The staff was kind, accommodating, and hustling around pretty good. There is no table service. Everything needs to be ordered from the bar or the sandwich counter. A great time...I hope to return next year!
