Truly a shame, such a beautiful view but with very dated architecture and horrifically slow bartenders. They act as though they don’t care and have zero hustle. The owner/manager needs to fix it. I will not be back.

I don’t know where to start. There was no evidence of an organized restaurant when we first arrived. We saw a few ppl sitting in a small area so figured it must be it.
We put together a table for ourselves that had actual chairs since a picnic table was not going to work. Well over 10 minutes of being at a table there was zero acknowledgement or service.
Figured out it was an ask situation and navigated over to the small bar angled away from tables in a corner. Bartender appeared annoyed being asked about food and drink options but did reluctantly hand over 2 menus for 4 people.
Instructions were to return to bar to place food and drink order. When we did the table waters were served in small solo cups and the drink requested was unavailable due to lack of a basic alcohol needed to make it. Instead the person behind the bar offered a can of alcohol pre-mixed drink but then sighed heavily when asked what flavors they had. Alright, whatever you have in the fridge is good enough.
25 minutes later what was delivered by an unidentified random person in a t-shirt was terrible. Absolutely not the correct food ordered, not as described on the menu food, and not even close to what should be allowed by simple healthy and sanitation guidelines.
No plates, utensils or napkins. Said random person dumped three appetizers on table and walked away without saying a word.
To say we lightly picked at the food is an understatement. There wasn’t a sweet potato appetizer on the menu but that was one of three put on the table. Regardless if they were sweet or regular fries they were cold and soggy to the touch. Second app was “vegetables with hummus” this impressive dish included 2 pieces of celery and a few broken carrots under a handful of mini- pita breads. The “grilled chicken nachos” had large chicken chewy cubes on a plate of stale chips and a strange very orange filmy cheese.
To say the Tiki place had similar quality to a high school concession stand would be an insult to the concession stand.
The most positive thing is that the actual entree was never delivered to our table and we were spared whatever disaster that would’ve been.
Unless you’re a very needed and long overdue Health Inspector it would be a waste of your time and money.

Arrived there today at 11:30 for lunch - hours on Google and Chalkboard stated open at 11:00. No one in sight, not even at the bar. Couldn't find anyone to ask so we left and went to another local establishment.

Don’t waste your time. Plenty of great restaurants in Elkhart Lake with better food and 100X better service. We could barely get looked at before getting underwhelming food and the staff was completely inattentive and unfriendly (which is unusual for this town). Go somewhere better!

Probably the worst food ever!
Fish tacos, horrible, flatbread margarita pizza..horrible
No service and high prices

Horrible food. Got sweet potato fries for my regular fries. Margarita pizza had no sauce only cheese on bread. The nachos came with potato chips because they ran out of tortilla chips and were trying to make it work. I do not recommend eating here. My recommendation don’t serve food if it is that bad.

For a bar/restaurant that has such wonderful views what a disappointment in every other way. No table service but plenty of young individuals behind the bar interested in chatting instead of serving customers. Ordered food and the nachos were made with stale chips, little amount of cheese , dry old chicken and no sour cream. Sticky table tops with unstable, flopping umbrellas- place needs updating!
Wouldn’t waste any time eating here.

Location is awesome. Drinks were good. But behind the bar looked nasty. Do yourself a favor a don’t get the food here.

Absolutely horrific food. Bun was stale and hard as a brick, I honestly would prefer McDonald’s over this food. Wait time was like 35 minutes, overpriced. Imagine being hungry for a good meal, and getting served this. I’m over this place. Fries tasted like potato chips.

Used to be our favorite spot. Its so run down now that all is left is the great view. We go to Osthoff Lake Deck now. Bathrooms had no paper products in them last time we were there.

I want to like the idea of this Tiki Bar. But the service is rude. They also double charged me on items that cost way too much. I felt scammed, Billing my tab twice is not okay. Customer beware!!

Who doesn't love a Tiki bar? Patrons have a great, elevated view of Elkhart Lake.
Fun drinks, great music and cozy vibes.
Check it out when you are in town.
