We didn’t eat but a great view and well kept place. The bar had some drinks and a special cocktail if you wanted. It’s on the water with some seating around the bar. Bathrooms were clean and newer. It’s a nice place.

I ordered food and 30 mins later asked a server to check on my food, she comes back 10 minutes later and said the man who took my order and payment never sent my order to the kitchen. She apologized and walked away. No offer to compensate, no free drink while I wait, nothing. Here I am, an hour later still waiting on my food. I will never order food from this place again.
Update, the food finally came and was not even warm and much smaller than expected.
Also this is the second time my food has been forgotten about, and as a side note, their menu is very small, extremely limited choices.

Came here to have a fun night out while visiting my friends as I live in Michigan. Night started out great until we went to get our second round of drinks and were refused service by the two girl bartenders working because of outside personal reasons. They proceeded to talk badly about us right in front of us and was told to ignore us. Eventually we did get our drinks from another male bartender after begging them to help us. Later I had a pretty nice cut on my hand and had blood dripping down my hand and asked if they had a bandaid. The one girl bartender looked at me and blatantly told me no then when asked again said “maybe” grabbed one and threw it to me and then walked away. We thought this would be the end of a horrid night but more that we can’t talk about for legal purposes happened. It’s sad that we now feel unsafe to come to the tiki bar even though it’s somewhere we thoroughly enjoyed spending our time. Giving 2 stars for the other bartenders who were very nice and understanding about the whole situation and did their best to help.

We started with the bartender (zero personality) handing us what I'll describe as the stickiest menu I've ever been handed. After much hand sanitizer we got past that to indulge in watered down drinks and average food. Service was attentive and the view was good..... but that's all that was positive about the experience. (It always amazes me what people will put up with for a decent view.) Isn't anyone concerned about the food and beverage in an upscale hotel bar?)

Waited over 40 minutes for a burger on the 4th (was not busy) was told by both bartenders not to worry about the bill because of the wait. 1 burger and 2 drinks. 2 days later they charged are credit card $167. Have called them and left 2 messages and sent an email with no response. I had no problem paying for my bill maybe $38 with a tip because we did eat had drinks but to tell us not to worry about and then charge us way over is not cool.

My wife and I went to the show and ordered food (first time there). Very disappointed in the fries. When we see fries with cheese the fries are drizzed with cheese. Not our order. The cheese was cheese flakes and difficult to eat with the fries. Then we each ordered a burger. First time I didn't finish one; too dry even adding ketchup. Limited menu as well. Won't make that mistake again. Also, when I hear the word 'tiki bar' I think of an outside bar with a thatched roof; the tropicl look. Not at Elkhart Lake. WI. Here is an excellent opportunity to make everything in site have that tropical look. My wife and I would go more often.
