Went last night for a couple Frisco burgers and was told they are out of sour dough bread. Substitute offered was regular bun, no where near the same and no discount! Hearing more from the community that they are known to run out of many items!
They left half our order out of the bag after stating it was all there. We get home, of course missing half of it- call to just get a refund on the missing half- they would not refund and insisted that we had to return- 45 mins round trip. Not going g to happen, when asking for the Store manager to call me when she was in the ASM continued to argue and state that she couldn’t refund either. Terrible customer service.
