I’ve gone through the drive-thru a number of times and gotten good service. I went inside to order breakfast for the first time today. The food was fine but the woman who was taking orders was absolutely disrespectful in her terse behavior towards me and she refused to smile which is a requirement of McDonalds “Service with a smile” is one of their mottos. She really made me feel un welcome.

22 minutes????? How does a fast food restaurant except 22 minutes for customers to get from the side of the building where the orders placed, to the side of the building where the orders are picked up. I used their app which is marketed as a way to speed up food service. But it made absolutely no difference. I was in the same line as everyone else, except, it seemed that my Advanced order meal was made when the order was placed, as my food was a little more than room temperature, when I finally got it. I encourage you to skip this restaurant under all circumstances. It is without a doubt, the worst service I have ever encountered at a McDonald’s, and I consider myself fond supporter of McDonald’s. How is it possible that the National office ignores all of these negative reviews and allows this franchise to continue this horrible level of service.

I used a deal to get 20% off a big Mac or qpc but it wouldn't work because I got the meal so done with this place service is slow since the good workers

I ordered table service on the mobile app, and the lovely woman behind the counter actually brought my food to the table on a tray with a smile and a kind word. Compared to other McD's locations I've been to, this is stellar service, and the tables, floors, and bathroom were all clean.

For fast food, it's good customer service. I always order ahead and its usually accurate. Some days I'm waiting a little longer than usual but that's to be expected when there's a drive through line.

Ordered my food and waited 20 minutes for food. People behind me got their orders before me. Asked for super-sized fries ?, soda ?. Got medium. Burger ? was bearly cooked. Would have gone back in. But there was a long line outside, inside. Would have been another 20 minutes.
