Ordered on the app tonight, March 24, and after numerous of other people got their orders or just left without picking up their order I complained. After almost an hour they said they lost my order, couldn’t find it. I was inside waiting. Terrible service, I had to flag someone to the front counter. All they could say is there short staffed. Then tell people up front it’s a long wait, but don’t lose orders and prioritize people in the drive thru. I asked for the manager...read full review
