22 minutes????? How does a fast food restaurant except 22 minutes for customers to get from the side of the building where the orders placed, to the side of the building where the orders are picked up. I used their app which is marketed as a way to speed up food service. But it made absolutely no difference. I ordered table service on the mobile app, and the lovely woman behind the counter actually brought my food to the table on a tray with a smile and a kind word. Compared to other McD's locations I've been to, this is stellar service, and the tables, floors, and bathroom were all clean.

I’ve gone through the drive-thru a number of times and gotten good service. I went inside to order breakfast for the first time today. The food was fine but the woman who was taking orders was absolutely disrespectful in her terse behavior towards me and she refused to smile which is a requirement of McDonalds “Service with a smile” is one of their mottos. She really made me feel un welcome.
