“Would have been a five-star view except for one thing. They have great service, they have great food, and they have great staff...except for the lady named Kristen (I don't know the spelling but she is the older woman with glasses and brown hair). I came through the drive-thru after a long day of work and wanted to get a delicious meal. I went through the drive-thru and everything was going great until I informed them that if I pulled off to the side my ladders.on my truck would block everybody from getting through so I asked if I could just pull forward directly. Immediately the whole attitude changed and I was told I was in inconvenience and terrible customer and that next time I should park at the parking lot across the street and walk over to take takeout. Mind you I have done this at least five other times and there were zero issues in fact there was a spot for me to pull forward and not block everybody trying to drive through. I genuinely thought about not coming back to this location after that because I have never been treated so badly. I will be coming back, however if I see her face I will be asking for someone else to serve me.“
