On a recent stay in Ellison Bay my wife, brother-in-law, his wife, and myself stopped in the Mink River Basin for dinner. My initial impression was this is a popular spot with locals, and that notion was confirmed by our waitress. The menu is sports bar fare, but broad enough to satisfy most tastes. We frequent The Mink often but they changed their menu and now you can’t get tatter tots as a side. You have to order them as a $10 appetizer. That would have made my lunch $30 with a beverage before tax and tip. Disappointing that they have made this change. We will probably be there less often now.

Been here multiple times over the years. Consistently good food. Straight forward menu, but better then a typical bar menu. Good beer list. The arcade is great when with the family or just with friends. Get there early if a game day. Some slots in the back.
