We got the crab cake benedict and toasted italian sammie; I'll just say there wasn't anything left on the plate at the end!
The restaurant itself is cute, and a nice warm reprieve during a rainy crummy day.
It was the customer service integrity that got me. We had purchased some snacks and pastries as we left and didn't realize till later that the pastries were missing. I looked on my phone for my receipt and realized the restaurant had already refunded me the money for the forgotten items, without me even calling.
Classy move. I'll be back to try those pastries!

Such a cute place to grab a coffee drink! I got an iced matcha and it was fantastic! My partner got the Salted caramel white mocha and also loved it! The atmosphere has the best vibes to just sit and relax, definitely worth visiting for your upcoming doco trip!!!

To be fair, it's a super cute place and a great menu. WE can't review the food because we left before we tried it. It was a Thursday in had a nice crowd. Our first time so we weren't familiar with the place. We grabbed a menu from the order counter and wandered a bit, unsure of where to sit. Found a few chairs without a table and looked at the menu. Never in the 10 minutes we were there were we greeted or offered assistance by a staff member. We saw them walk past but not a "hello, do you need any help" or maybe an acknowledgement that "yes all tables were full or that there might be a wait for one" absolutely nothing. We didn't mind the self service ordering system but someone should at least greet you or acknowledge you to make you feel welcome.

It was one of the few places that was open during off-season and we were very glad we stopped here. My wife had a cold turkey wrap and I had the smash burger. Both were a cut way above the usual tourist fare in Door County. Highly recommend!
Star ratings. 1 bad. 2 below average. 3 average / neutral. 4 good. 5 excellent.
I usually just grab coffee here and an occasional breakfast pastry. It's fun to hang out if you want to kill a bit of time and play a game (all available for sale. My kids love the travel connect 4). I've had a couple of breakfast sandwiches, which have been good. Recently, I had the nachos, tacos, and potatoes pancake sticks. These weren't as good as the breakfast sandwiches more average. Nachos were pretty good. Tacos average. Potatoe pancake sticks fun idea but too greasy / heavy. Flavor is a bit stronger for my personal taste.

Super good honey lavender latte!
Stopped in to try a different beverage to consume but then saw the "Miel". I ordered and was so happy I did. It was amazing with the honey, cinnamon & almond flavors. Did not dissapoint!

My husband and I visited Sip the day after Valentine's day. It was a Saturday late morning when we decided to visit. I was happy that there was plenty of parking, however it was very snow covered and not well marked. It's a very quaint building that may have previously been an old farm house. The decor is cute and reflects a very new "city-like" feel. Then I saw a the prices of drinks and food behind the counter, city-like prices which will only continue to go up due to inflation. Although what can one expect in Door County.
I was not expecting this to be an order at the counter place, and failed to bring my glasses. So unfortunately I had a difficult time reading the menu behind the counter. I was also saddened by the menu font which is not dyslexic friendly.
I ordered a Macha latte and a chorizo burrito. We then waited at the counter for our drinks. Drinks were ok, but my husband didn't see or find the sugar station until he was nearly done with his coffee. It would have been nice if the person behind the counter would have mentioned the station.
After we got our drinks we searched for seating. We looked around the corners, when upstairs and finally sat in seats at the door. It was tough to see tables for four with two people at them, and counter space with the couples sitting in the center. Maybe the owner should consider using tables for two. When we went upstairs I thought surely there will be seating, but NO. There were some chairs but it was mainly some sort of knick-knack/book store, waste of space when there is limited seating. Also why would I want to stand in the food/drink line again.
So while we are sitting by the door waiting for our food a table opens up, for which I was grateful. Unfortunately it's a table for four and now I feel bad because there are other people who would also like to sit and enjoy their breakfast. So I quickly try to enjoy my overpriced little burrito so we can get on with our vacation.

This a really cool little place. The staff is super friendly and helpful and food is good. My wife had the potato waffle with creme fraiche (gluten-free, add smoked salmon) and I had the eggs benedict. Both were good. There's also a little area with chairs if you just want to read and have some coffee.
Dietary restrictions: Good for gluten-free (GF).

The coffee is STRONG, the vibe is LEGiT. I recommend the large cappuccino— it is uncharacteristically perfect

Loved this place! Only coffee shop open with good hours in the winter, everything else was closed by noon. The lattes, tea and coffee were all fantastic. Will definitely return
