There is obvious talent in both the front and back of the house that ties together seamlessly to make a really special experience. This was one of the more memorable meals we have had in recent memory. We are excited to return!”

“Stopped into the Sturgeon Bay location tonight on our way home from a long day at Sunset Park. What an amazing group of people and great food. It was my first time and I ordered some goodies to go but they made me feel like I was a regular. Everyone was super nice and asked me if I would like anything to drink while I waited. I wasn't able to eat until we arrived home about a half hour later but the food was still delicious and I will be back! I always see this place mentioned in different Door Co groups on Facebook and that's what led me in and I wasn't disappointed. Highly recommend the cheese and jalepeño.”

“This is one of the best restaurants in Door County! The food is fresh, very delicious & flavorful. We loved everything we ordered- the chicken shish kebab were so good, the spicy beef kebab were outstanding and the lamb kebab so juicy! Simply incredible dinner option that is also Halal. Loved the service- everyone was so kind and friendly. Also bought some delicious Dubai chocolate for dessert. Highly recommend!”

The banter between the chef and the customers is a key part of its charm. It created a sense of community among the eight of us as we collectively built our orders — he prepared them as a group. It’s not fancy, but the casual set-up is worth it for the taste and the experience. Highly recommend!”

It is totally awesome, authentic Detroit-style pizza (slightly-charred, buttery crust) that includes an awesome Chicago-style topping (fresh tomato)...best of both worlds! Loved the selection of craft beers (in cans), including some N/A choices. Nicely done! Special shout out to Ryan who efficiently ran the entire front room the night we were there. Finally, the price. No, seriously, it is impossible to find better pizza at a better price...anywhere. SO glad we found you, Bad Moravian. We'll be back!”

Food was awesome,staff completely in tune with the customers.Owner right there with his staff & patrons Really nice establishment. If you are visiting Door County check um out, you won't be sorry. “We stopped for lunch today based the Destination Door County guide and online reviews. The bread looked fresh and delicious. The menu of food items is small and I can be pretty selective with my tastes, but we all loved our food. The smoked salmon bagel was amazing - perfect combination of flavors with fresh tomato, cucumbers, and dill. The blueberry bagel with lemon curd was delicious as well. Their cream cheese and bagels were some of the best I’ve ever had. Cultured is tucked away off the main roads, but definitely worth visiting.”

“I've never had a gluten free pizza crust as good as this. we ordered an Americano pizza. sausage, pepperoni and mushroom. paired with a beet and goat cheese salad. I highly recommend this restaurant. I love the Blue Bear too for lunch.”

“Love coming here when I am in Door County with friends and family. I always try a flight of cider, but recently discovered their vinegar as well and bought some pear vinegar. This was a lot like balsamic but with a yellow hue. Excited to try!”

“As we were driving around Door County on a self guided tour, we saw this place along the way and on a whim we decided to stop. We were so glad we did! It ended up being one of our favorite stops.
