Our waitress was excellent! She apologized right away for being short staffed and asked us to get drink refills at the bar, which we didn’t mind, but the bartender was rude and made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her. My son ordered the 1/4 chicken, and two small pieces of chicken were brought out. I asked right away to upgrade to the 1/2 chicken, but instead of simply bringing out two more pieces of chicken, we were told we had to order another 1/4 chicken meal, sides...
We stopped midafternoon on a Saturday. Had the place to ourselves for a short while. Then, others arrived. Had the chef salad, chicken strips, burgers, beer, pop. All excellent. They are know for ribs, and Friday fish fry, but we just wanted lunch. I recommend, and would definitely eat there again. Friendly wait staff.
My Aunt and Uncle own and manage this bar. It is a very well put together establishment. Cozy and fun atmosphere. Great service, awesome food and there's always specials!! If you haven't been there, you NEED to stop in once check it out! You won't be disappointed!!
