In honestly, we tried to go somewhere else and could’t get in. We’ve walk by here a number of times and thought we would give it a try. When you walk in, we sat in the dining area on the left. They had the chairs of every other table removed to social distance. UNTIL all those tables were filled - then then went into the back and started to seat people at the tables next to each other - like 3-3 feet apart! We couldn’t believe it. We watched them throughout our dinner pull in more chairs down the line (closer to our table) - then right when they sat someone next to us, we were paying our bill and left. We were floored! Then, I went to the bathroom by the bar area (the right side from the front door) I saw 4 older men (2 per table) literally sitting back-to-back with about 2 inches between their chairs. It made me really sad that it was more important to fill the seats (which I do understand) on likely one of their last weekends open, but the Covid guidelines they had clearly went to hell when they saw people waiting for a table. Food was average. Would not go back.

Looking for a place for dinner, we were driving around and this place looked interesting. We were right. We had a wonderful meal. Even though I was full half way through, I just couldn't put my fork down. We chose to eat inside but there is a heated outdoor patio upstairs and down that seems quite cozy.

My husband and I had a get away weekend to a neighboring state due to stress from COVID and other things. We stopped by at Juniper's Gin Joint on our first night and sat in the upstairs area, which had a fireplace and a semi-outdoor seating and a cool waterfall feature. We had cheese curds, a burger, and whitefish sandwich and a few beers. The beers and service was great; the food came out average but tasted good partly because it wasn't something I've had ta cook! It was a bit crowded for our taste with COVID happening - some but not all tables were spaced out. We had a table where we were away from most of the action so we felt comfortable where we were.

The bar had a fun bartender who made great drinks. Nice outdoor seating spots. It closed for the season so stop back next spring! Lots of good sandwich options on the menu

Friendly staff good pours. Didn’t eat but asked a neighbor what she was having. It was deep fried Mac and cheese with bacon. Interesting.

Casual bar food dining and bar top. Typical Door County prices but friendly, home town service. Great for a late night meal or drink.

Two of us stopped here for drinks and appetizers. The indoor bar area was full so we decided to sit in the courtyard. The appetizers (bruschetta and chicken wings) were very good.

Delicious burgers as well as the display of all the food. We got cheese curds and the shrimp for appetizers, amazing! Loved the atmosphere and the polite staff, including our server Yurgy.

We ate outside on their second level and the food was very good and we had a nice evening. We had the banana chicken, trout and pot pie along with an order of crostini. All the food was very good. The pot pie was baked in the dish it came in, the only strange thing is we were expecting a traditional crust all the way around the pot pie, but the crust was only on top. The banana chicken is definitely something to try as it's a unique twist on a chicken dish. The chicken was cooked great and had a great flavor on it's own. The trout was very good seared to a crust on the outside but tender inside and the sea salt on top gave it a great touch. The chocolate cake was great too. That tart Door County Cherry sauce that was on it was incredible. The one negative comment I would have was the amount of balsamic on the crostini was too much.

Nealy was the best bartender! Made great cocktail suggestion when I really didn't know what I wanted and hit the mark with the White Old Fashion and it was FANTASTIC! Like a Brandy Old Fashioned but lighter for a summer cocktail. Made with Door County Distillery Cherry Brandy and Cherry Bluff Infusion. So refreshing and tasty. Nice mix of it cocktails on the menu and great selection of tap and bottles beers. Outdoor second story deck was very fun! The staff makes the restaurant as they say!!

Had a great bunch of signature cocktails overlooking the main drag. A bit chilly but the gas heaters did a wonderful job. Social distancing was observed by staff and table placement.

Enjoyed our night immensely. Tuna appetizer and cheese curds were excellent. Burgers were delicious and cooked a perfect medium. Waitstaff was delightful. Ambiance on the upper deck is perfect and with appropriately placed heating units, a joy even in late September. Only reason for four stars instead of five was the fact that the salmon listed in the menu was unavailable upon our arrival.

Ordered the pot pie to go for our party. Quick service and served piping hot! It is also huge served in a pie sized pie tin! Will definitely order this again!
