I love walking in, everyone knowing us, sometimes getting our regular table (if we're early enough) and chatting with some of the other regulars. Prices are great, you get a ton of food and the staff is always friendly. Extra bonus they open early for my early riser toddler!!“

“I love this place, I love to sit at the counter when I go Ogdens for breakfast. As a person who loves engaging in conversation with others, I take great joy in striking up a conversation with a total stranger, and only to discover we’re not strangers, we are friends who have met for the first time. The staff are amazing, super attentive and kind. Oh and the food, that’s amazing too. Ogdens, a neighborhood Gem on the near north side.“

“Cute and cozy café! The fries were extra crispy, so they didn't get soggy from the chili which was really nice. The philly cheese steak was okay -- a little dry, but still good and I combined it with the leftover chili to make up for the dryness. The fruit was super good and cut up in smaller pieces. The pancakes were really sweet and yummy too. Overall, decent food, good price, and a nice atmosphere. Will definitely come again! :)“

“No frills, greasy spoon. That being said I absolutely love The Curve. Been enjoying the pancakes for over a decade, they are massive, hot and fluffy. I recently tried the steak and fries and was pleasantly impressed. The eggs are always cooked perfectly. There are a lot of regulars but the waitress has always been very sweet and attentive to us. It is cash only but I've never had issues when needing the ATM. One of my breakfast favorites.“

Vegetarian options: Ihop nowadays is not what it used to be. I stopped going there for years because I was unimpressed. My husband made me go this time and I was very surprised at how things have improved. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. I would highly suggest anybody who has had a bad experience at IHOP, try again. 100% would recommend this restaurant.“
