Good beer and great food.

The food was good. I went with a big group and everyone liked their food. We tried the Big Ass Pretzel, I would recommend that. The regular French fries were hit or miss. Some people liked them, some people didn't. The sweet potato fries were great. The smash burgers were a hit as well as the nachos and chicken wraps. The burrito wasn't too impressive but overall the food was good and the service was attention.

Stopped by for a Sunday afternoon snack and a couple of drinks on June 7th. I had an Old Fashioned, my wife and my daughter had flights of beer, and my son in law had a glass of wine. We also shared some cheese curds and a big pretzel. The curds were some of the best tasting I've ever had. And the pretzel was warm and fluffy. Both food items were quite delicious. Everything was reasonably priced and the service was prompt and attentive.

Great atmosphere, great staff, wonderful beer

We arrived 36 minutes before the restaurant’s posted closing time and were told the kitchen was already closed and that we’d only have time for one drink at the bar. We understand it was getting close to closing, but we were visiting from out of state and were simply hoping to order food to go.

What was most disappointing was the service. Before we were even greeted, I overheard the bartender telling a coworker that we’d only be allowed one drink. It felt like they were deciding our options before even welcoming us. Combined with the bartender’s dismissive tone, the experience left us feeling more like an inconvenience than valued customers.

Just a nice place to go for dinner if you’re in the mood for bar food. The service is always good and the food is consistent. We go for trivia on Tuesdays and we can always get a table even with a big group.

Service was amazing, great vibe, but my beer was flat and had a slight stale taste to it. Cheese curds were great though! I'm guessing that is not the norm for this place regarding the beer and would give them 2nd chance.

It was a busy Saturday night so you gotta cut a restaurant some slack, but the kitchen was definitely unprepared to get food out to the restaurant at full capacity. Smash burger tasted like a frozen patty. If it was a fresh smash burger it was dry and overdone. Fries were room temp. Kids kept throwing darts over the wall separating the dart boards from the dining area and one landed in my wife’s food, one grazed my sister in law’s face. Beer and cheese curds were good. So pick your time wisely if you’re going for that…

Called ahead to see if we could have a bigger group come in.. first group arrived asked about tables together. They said they will get them and people walked in behind us and started taking tables. Which then we didnt have enough seats. Then when we put our order in. Alot of us didnt get our orders for over an hour and a half.. We were there from 5:45-8. Now the food, cheese curds were so burnt I ate a few and couldnt eat anymore. I can say the tacos were good. But would of loved to eat my tacos with my cheese curds. Not over an hour later.

Went with family on a Sunday nite. Not alot of people there. Maybe 15. I brought in a small container of my own food due to allergies although I was planning on ordering a salad. The host told me I could not bring in the container holding a half cup of sweet potato due to health code violation. I did explain I had food allergies but wanted to eat with family. He said I’d have to put it back in car. I’m protected under ADA. Whatever. The food was garbage bar food and my husband hid my container in his pocket anyway….lol. If you want fun bar food and not be harassed by a bored host…. Go to great Danes, Hollander, or anywhere outside of Fitchburg . Fitchburg retail and eateries absolutely suck.
