“This food truck is the heart and soul of Madison locals. It is sooo incredibly good and I'm willing to wait hours (and it is sometimes hours) for this spring roll and smoothie.

The smoothies have a variety of flavors and sizes and feel like they are made fresh and not from weird juice boxes. I got the strawberry, mango, kiwi flavor. $3

The spring roll is hand made in the truck and SOO good. It is about the size of your head. I got the shrimp with medium spiced sauce (some spice that sits on the tongue but not too much where I have a hard time). I would highly recommend this food truck and if you have the time, wait. The spring roll is only $6.
