I want to take a moment to thank Ruqaiyah for consistently being so kind, engaging, and welcoming. She truly makes each visit a positive experience and brings genuine warmth to her interactions with customers. Her attitude and care do not go unnoticed, and she is clearly a valuable member of the team. I sincerely hope Taco Bell recognizes and appreciates the impact she has, because employees like Ruqaiyah make a real difference.
This is my favorite Taco Bell location in the Madison area. They staff work so hard and are so friendly - the service is great. My wife is a vegetarian and we frequently order modified versions of things (no beef, sub beans) and they rarely get anything wrong. I like to yuck it up with some of the staff when I pull through, and can say they’re honestly really amazing folks. Whatever they’re being paid, I can tell you it ain’t enough.
You have to order at a kiosk which is a waste of time. Cheese wasn’t melted on the quesadillas. No taco boats for the Doritos locos tacos so they’re a total mess to eat from here. Food came out fast. Clean interior.
