1st time here. Got charged for a drink I didn't order. It happens. Manager took charge. Very apologetic & professional. Fixed problem. Gave us extra fries & ranch & checked back a few times. Food was great, manager & staff were awesome. Will be back.
The manager managed a situation of an inappropriate customer extremely well, and the food was very good. I wish the manager and all the amazing ladies in the kitchen a wonderful day!
I will admit it can be a wait sometimes but I’ve never had a bad experience with my food and are always generous. Which personally, I’d rather have a business like that. The Fitchburg locations’ quality has yet to go unseen for myself and friends!
