I will admit it can be a wait sometimes but I’ve never had a bad experience with my food and are always generous. Which personally, I’d rather have a business like that. The Fitchburg locations’ quality has yet to go unseen for myself and friends!
The food is great, however I've ordered delivery twice on Uber Eats, and twice ordered the Gold Peak Sweetened Green Tea. Both times I received unsweetened black tea. If you don't sell the green tea, update your menu on Uber Eats, it's incredibly frustrating to keep getting a drink that I find disgusting when I upgrade to a large specifically for the sweetened green tea.
Order ahead and food was prepared promptly, the worker is extremely polite and helpful. Restaurant was clean, plenty of seats. Drink selection was great. Parking was very busy with the store nearby
