As the owner of Engman's Haven House I like to support local businesses. We come here a lot, usually after the strip club, but hey, that's what it is. Good food, good service, food is tasty and good atmosphere. I meet a lot of nice people here, sometimes the guys are pretty friendly. Been able to hang with a lot of them and sometimes we hang back at their place. But meeting up here is always good. Also great place to come to after the strip club, we do that ALL the time.

To put it simply, the Chuckwagon is a great place to go. We went on their busiest night during Friday Fish Fry and the result was nothing short of spectacular. The food was exceptional, I myself had the fried perch with beer batter fries and it was delicious. Tartar sauce at the table. The service was exceptional. Still felt noticed by the waiters and staff even with crowds of other people. Atmosphere was great, lots of people and cheerful mood. I grew up eating here, and decided to come back and I have no regrets. 10/10 would recommend.

Craveable! Glad we visited. The perch and burger were fabulous and the staff was so much fun! We had a view of the kitchen, and the hustle to provide fantastic service was topped by the standards we saw being kept by the back of the house. Everything was quality. Welcoming and highly recommended.

At first was reluctant to purchase the full perch dinner-boy I was glad I did order!! Best perch I’ve ever had and received 6 fillets, close to the size of small walleye. Wasn’t fishy, red potatoes were great! Usually attend this place for their great burgers after a long day of work-have not ever received a disappointment from the wagon!

Low prices, warm and welcoming. Enjoyed the burgers, deep-fried mushrooms, and pickle spears. The fountain soda was nice and carbonated, which is a huge plus for me.
We visit every time we're in the area. Some of the best fish you'll ever have the pleasure of eating and the service is out of this world. Drinks are great too. I keep meaning to try more than just the fish but it's hard when it's this good. Hoping to visit again this summer!

The worst food I have had in a long time and our bill for 2 was over $70. We asked if the fish was hand battered and were told yes, clearly it isn't. Asked if potato salad is homemade, told yes but tasted like the same salad you get most places. Asked a question about an appetizer and the bartender didn't know what was in it based off her answer. Overpriced frozen foods.

Had a nice meal with friends on a Friday night. Got there around 5:30 for a drink, Old Fasioned was decent. I had the fried catfish, others had the perch combo, empty plates all around.
