“Look up the word Cafe in the dictionary and you’ll see Barb’s Cafe. Okay, probably not but this truly is the quintessential cafe/ dinner. GREAT food at a very affordable price cooked and served by a great group of people. The Eggs Benedict is my wife’s favorite while I tend to lean more towards the steak and eggs. The pancakes are also something special. They’ll make you jump off that keto diet faster than you can say flapjack.”

“Walked in to a wonderfully welcoming scent of all the tasty things being made. The croissants texture was perfectly flaky and buttery. And the muffin took care of my sweet spot (even shared with my pups, they approved as well). She even has complimentary coffee. Defiant making this my go to Saturday morning spot.”

“Stopped in for a to-go order on our way through and what a great atmosphere. The bartenders were very nice, and all the local customers were friendly. It’s great walking into a strange (new) place you’ve never been and be immediately welcomed by all. The food came in the best to-go box I’ve ever seen! No styrofoam, which ends up over cooking your food, instead it was sort of plastic like. We had a 45 min drive home yet and the container kept the food at a perfect temperature and it was still medium rare! The fries kept well too! Overall a great place, would definitely eat their food again and if we have the time, stay for our meal.”

“I go on my birthday every year to get a ribeye steak. 1/2 price plus a free drink. Best steak EVER !! Of course I go in the summer and love to sit out on the deck overlooking the lake and have lunch and a couple drinks. I recommend you go out of your way to eat here you will be happy you did.”
