We frequently travel the UP and as such we try different pasties all over the area. We are from Milwaukee and make a point to stop here nd get our fill. This time we tried this donut that at first glance it’s a raised donut with some type of cream piped on top. But what was inside!!!!! The most delicious strawberry/raspberry filing. The cream on top? That was the MOST delicious cream ever. Not grainy like buttercream can sometimes be. My husband took a bite and wanted the whole thing. It was sooooo good. The pasties? The crust is so crumbly and buttery in the best way. The filing is soooooooo good with the perfect meat/potato/carrot ratio! Always served with smile!!! I wish you were open on Sunday!!!!
