I think other restaurants should take notes. There is so much food that we had to take some home. The dishes to take the food home were plastic. Now I can watch the co-workers watch me reheat the food with envy.

Overall not bad though it took a while to get our drink order in and then it got left at the bar; not our server’s fault as the order was placed by the hostess. The steaks were good but the garlic mashed potatoes were horrible. Our server was great, very apologetic for what was going on so; so many people wandering around doing nothing. I doubt we’ll be back but believe everyone deserves a second chance.

It is a really nice bar inside the Radisson. It is worth a night or two.

I have been to Benvenuto’s more times than I can count. Every time I have been to a Benvenuto’s the food and service has been outstanding. Unfortunately, this experience was far from that. Located inside an older hotel the decor and atmosphere were drab. One reason we often frequent Benvenuto’s is because of the gluten-free options they offer. This Benvenuto’s did not have a separate gluten-free menu like most locations and they did not offer gluten-free pasta. This left limited options including basically being told the only options are salads or cauliflower crust pizza. My partner is gluten-free but I am not. Usually, however, I would order something gluten-free too so we could try other menu items. Due to limited options I ordered something that wasn’t gluten-free. What was the most disappointing to me (and also surprising that I didn’t leave a 1-star rating because of this) was that EVERY item of my meal was the worst I have eaten at a Benvenuto’s. The bread was cold and flavorless. The Caesar salad was drenched in so much dressing it was like drinking Caesar dressing. The garlic in the broccoli was burnt, bitter and inedible. The scampi in the shrimp trio special lacked salt, acid, and fat and the coconut shrimp in the shrimp trio special was cold, blue = raw, and therefore, inedible. It was sent back to the kitchen and I am generally someone that does not make a fuss or send food back to the kitchen. My partner ordered a side salad and specifically asked for no croutons (this being after we had asked our server about a gluten free menu/items and she had asked the kitchen staff about options) yet, her side salad came with croutons and had to be sent back to the kitchen. Finally, the cauliflower crust pizza lacked so much flavor I would have rather eaten a cheap frozen pizza instead. I am so disappointed in my experience at this Benvenuto’s. I am only posting a review in the hopes corporate is made aware of the subpar restaurant representing their organization and can make improvements so I can return in the future and have a far better experience than what I had this time. I believe in the quality of Benvenuto’s as a restaurant and therefore, my loyalty as a patron at my hometown location is unwavering despite this recent escapade.

Great pizza!!

Last year the food was amazing and we couldn't wait to go back. Today the food was AWFUL. Chewy shrimp, gummy pasta, out of an appetizer as first customer of the day, not at all worth our time. Left as quickly as we could. Waitress never smiled and seemed unexcited to be there. One positive, the hostess at the desk was extremely friendly, did a great job!

Thursday night, 4 people terrible service, maybe 2 other groups in the place. Forgot salads then no ingredients for a signature drink, then entree mushroom ravioli not available, cold salmon. Never going there again.Lastly the food is way over priced based on the quality served last night. 4 adults, 3 cocktails, 2 sodas and 4 entrees....$157 is absurd.
