The minus one star is for the app. It is a PAIN to use gift cards on the app if you don't have the exact amount needed to cover your order. Splitting the payment is so complicated its not worth it. I like using the app because I have a big family so its easier to get everyone's order done that way and have it ready ahead of time. I could call it in but I do wish they would make the payment portion of the app easier to navigate. Otherwise the food is always delicious and the customer service is top notch. They have the best cheese curds and the fries are actually pretty good.
