I had ordered a couple of sandwiches to go and when I had gotten home, I realized that the sandwiches weren’t made correctly. I called the store to see if there was a way to get them remade and spoke to the GM, Nikki, who ABOVE and BEYOND in order to make sure we got the sandwiches we had ordered. She made two of the best subs we’ve ever ordered from this location. I greatly appreciated her time and effort and I just wanted to give her the recognition she deserves, as food/customer service can be severely lacking in that. Nikki, you rock!!

Come here often but really considering not anymore employees are ignoring customers cause texting is more important phones are then placed on food counter tops. Not enough options for bread either and it's 2.5 hours before close. Used to love it when the owners were here

Service is slow, and workers are less than friendly. Ever since the new manager started, it has went down hill. Maybe something to do with all new workers. It's like going to taco bell and getting crappy service.
Sub was disappointing for $16.58, not much meat, barely any lettuce. Mac n cheese had a good flavor, but cold. I also had to wait for the order to be grabbed from behind the counter, which took 10 mins, so what was the point of ordering ahead of time then? Overall, it's disappointing.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not really would be hard to get up the curb and open door and then navigate through the tables
When you're out of italian and wheat breads, call your customers prior to pickup to inform them. Absolutely ridiculous to find out upon pickup! Now food will be literally trashed because of your error and we still had to pay for it.

DO NOT!! I wish I could post the picture of my sandwiches. You'd think when you get a veggie sub that they wouldn't be so stingy with the toppings. My sandwich was so thin that when you look at it from the side, you can't even see the veggies. It looked like the bread without anything in it. I'm very upset that I spent $47 PLUS TIPPED and received this kind of service. Totally unacceptable. I'll have to stick with Subway.
