Not sure what was wrong but showed up past 7 and the staff came out with half of our order and left while I was trying to tell him we were missing items so I had to drive back around to get a concrete mixer only to find out we were still missing items we paid for in the bags. When I called to see the staff was incredibly rude over the phone so I would no recommend going there at night

I very much dislike having to score like this for a culvers but I every time I order a concrete mixer I question whether or not they put any sort of care into making it. I order extra pieces and all i get are those pieces mixed so much that it's just creamy custard. You can kinda taste the mix of pieces with the custard but that creamy 'mix' only goes 1/4 of the way down and the rest is just vanilla ice cream. What is this? I've had to be very explicit with how they make them but I still only get the pieces 1/4 way down. I love the custard but in a time when not getting what you paid for is pretty uncalled for, i refuse to keep paying and not getting what I should be. I VERY much dislike having to do this but DQ will be getting my ice cream orders in the future. Do better culvers. Train your people to do their job properly and if crushing candy pieces to an oblivion is how you make mixers and that it only goes 1/4 of the way down, id reconsider how you make these. Imo.

Christian was the best! It was a busy night and I had a little more complex order and he just focused on me to make sure we got it right. And after I finished my order, I realized I made a mistake and he just fixed it like it was no big deal!

Horrible manger Anna yelling at a 16 year old boy a MINOR while she a grown adult and same with the owner and there cashier was so rude seriously if you wanna get yelled at go to this Culver's .
