No sense of urgency to take orders for me or others waiting at counter. Atmosphere was absent of any joy or fun.The food was terrible. Tiny portion sizes on fries with zero seasoning and potatoes that taste like Styrofoam. The burger meat was dry. Old. Obviously pre frozen formed patty with fake char/smoke flavor added, disgusting and of some of the lowest quality I've had in years from anywhere.Chicken strips dry and tough. Either old or overcooked or both. Add on the price for the tiny portions and poor quality food, it's a complete disappointment.First time I've eaten at DQ for a long time. Don't know if I ever will again.

Worst food ever at a DQ. Ordered a 6 piece Honey BBQ Chicken strip basket. The chicken strips were barely warm, the fires not warm at all, the texas toast was dry and crusty. The only thing good was the drink.

I'm pretty sure the workers pegged me as the middle-aged over-nourished person in the drive-through when they decided to make my small Blizzard (peanut butter cups) out of nothing but vanilla ice cream and flecks of candy. I should have ordered plain vanilla ice cream considering the paltry amount of candy. My Blizzard consisted of literally four chunks of candy the size of chocolate chips--that's it! The rest was flecks of chocolate smaller than sprinkles. The last time I checked, Blizzards had actual chunks of candy. I'm not wasting my money here again.
Well the fries were cold, they forgot my straw, the burger was hot but it looked like a kilm clay jalapeno spicy cheese burger with bacon and painted, but I ate it any way. It blew my freaking mind! Delicious just amazing. Poor help from the staff.

As a delivery driver, this is definitely among the most unorganized fast food restaurants I have the displeasure of routinely visiting. Staff seems unmotivated and poorly trained. Ordering and food prep takes forever. And the lobby is arranged in such a way that standing at the counter waiting to order/pick up places you in a hiding spot out of view of staff.
