Our first experience there is not like the rest of the Dunkin donuts. I ordered the same thing I normally order at any other Dunkin donuts. I asked for an iced mocha latte and the person asked me if I wanted cream or sugar with it.. we asked her to repeat herself and she said the same thing so we got frustrated and just parked the car and went in. Then there's another lady that seemed to be the manager and she almost didn't understand what I was referring to. She also seemed like she's the only one that knew how to make all the coffee so she's running around trying to fulfill the orders. DISLOCATION NEEDS TRAINING AND MORE STAFF!

Today I went through drive thru for a sesame bagel with veggie cream cheese and bacon. From the looks of it the bacon wasn’t fully cooked at all. Bacon was pink and cold.

Let me just start off by saying I’ve never written a bad review about an establishment before, but this experience I felt it was necessary. I pull up to the drive thru and am ordering and the girl who’s taking my order tells me that I’m “rambling” when I was speaking in a normal tone and going slow. When I got up to the window, she kept making all these not needed remarks. I was nothing but nice to her. Then she gave me my food and I didn’t even get a “have a nice day.” I got all my food though so that was fine. I get that she’s stressed but there’s no need to be so rude. Do better.

Every time I order delivery my sandwich is wrong. I always ask for American cheese and toasted and EVERY time it’s white cheddar and not toasted. And the receipt shows exactly what you requested.

Omg! I ordered 2 mins before pulling up. They had everything ready because it was OLD! They gave me old donuts, a freezing cold coffee that was supposed to be hot and a burned and cold sandwich on Christmas morning I was so upset!!and their phone number doesn’t work wtf

VERY DISAPPOINTED in the manager's customer service. Store manager was very rude to both her staff in front of customers and DD driver. I had a delivery for a large drink and asked for a cup of water to balance the bag and keep it from tipping. After explaining to the employee that it does sometimes tip, the store manager told her, "no!" sternly. She then told me, "it won't tip." I told her I didn't understand because "water is free". She said, "no, it's $0.26" with a rude attitude and then added "ma'am" with a sassy attitude. I returned later for another delivery with a similar situation and offered her $0.26 for the water. She wouldn't do it because "there was already a donut in that spot" and proceeded to close the bag in front of me. I told her that I'd make sure to leave a note with her store manager when she happily said, "I am the store manager." So I told her I would leave a note with the next higher up.

Girl at the register, shouldn't have been. We asked if there were any more munchkins, she said no. Then proceeded to bring out 3 trays for the customer behind us. My kid was super disappointed. She couldn't make change, we had to break out a calculator for her.

When I lived in Georgia, I stopped at DD nearly every day to get my breakfast on the way to work. I even pre ordered and paid using the app. I love DD coffee and particularly the iced coffee. Now, I realize the stores are independently owned and operated but my experience with the FDL location surprised me. I have had exceptional service with the most friendly and polite drive through staff and then, I've experienced the opposite end of the spectrum as well. There are some things that really need attention: 1. Running out of plain Old Fashioned Donuts. Why? 2. Slapping Boston Creme or any frosted donut in the bag, upside down and without the wax paper to separate them. Those wax sheets aren't expensive, and with them missing, I fear someone is just picking them up with their bare hands and tossing them in a bag. Also, if the chocolate frosting is sliding off the product, you shouldn't be serving them. 3. Napkins! How on earth can you expect people to eat these things in a car without providing some way to get the frosting off your hands when the donuts are upside-down in the bag. (See #2) 4. Training! It takes nothing to put a smile in your voice and goes a long way to give a good impression to customers. Management needs to really work on these simple things with the staff. You have a good product and a few tweaks can really improve perception.
