This was my 1st time at this Fondy location, and it was very dirty inside, the garbage bins were full at its capacity, and it was barely 8:30 am. The cashier was not friendly at all. She didn't even greet me, and just asked what I needed. I even put a $1 dollar bill in the tip jar, and ahead eyed it, but showed no gratitude. I ordered the white chocolate hazelnut almost bark drink with almond milk, and did not like it at all! I won't be returning. The atmosphere and service is terrible here.

Constantly get rid of favorite items. Always out of something. Boston creme donuts have almost no creme filling. They throw the donuts in one bag with nothing to separate them from getting frosting all over everything.

So, my wife went into Dunkin Donuts this morning to pick up a couple of donuts for a snack. When she arrived, it took a couple minutes to be noticed by staff, and then the woman at the counter was rude, curt, and unhelpful. My wife only bought two donuts, but because she didn't know immediately upon arrival what donuts would be available, the girl at the counter rolled her eyes and rudely gave her attitude. To top it off, she placed the donuts upside down in the bag, sticking the frosting to the bottom.After my wife had gotten her order, another woman came into the store and waited for several minutes before even being noticed by the staff.This is a note for the management: if you are going to have the interior of the store open, make sure you have the staff to operate it. If you are going to completely rely on online and drive through orders, close the interior of the store.As it is, my recommendation for shoppers is to not frequent this Dunkin store. My wife only went on for a few donuts. It shouldn't have been a fight to buy them.My wife is not normally one to complain to me about customer service, but she was incredibly frustrated by the entire experience.
This place is awful. Four employees and noneo f them ever spoke or acknowledged me. Go anywhere else.

I come through the drive thru almost everyday. I’m kind, polite and never treat service employees less then. The morning staff has to be some of the worst customer service employees I’ve ever come across. They’re so rude- if my order is so inconvenient to your morning you should find a different job.
