Had an absolute wonderful experience here earlier this week. The staff was sensational and the food was excellent. I will definitely be going back and we plan to make Fresh Fit one of our Go-To spots.

Stopped on our way North and stopped again on our way home. Service isn't the fastest. Why? Because the food is excellent and they are busy with repeat business! The word is out on this place. Wish we had one in Madison. We will stop here every time we come this way.

omgosh this place was amazing, i had an açaí bowl which was tasted delicious and was made really fast. The lady working was really nice and gave us some options on what she recommended. Atmosphere was great. I highly recommend this place👍

Super cute farmhouse clean style and atmosphere, and nice staff. Has a small-town feel. I got a PB cold brew protein smoothie. I love that they offer protein smoothies to go! Hopefully, they expand on the flavors one day. I'm a gf only person and they had choices for us! They made it quick and fresh in front of us! However, we went after the morning rush hours on a Tuesday. The tables were clean. Got a parking spot up front. Didn't need to order ahead today. So far I think this tiny Cafe is exactly what FDL needs for this side of town! I'm super excited I tried it.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
Parking: Parking directly up front is tight and limited, because it is utilized by all the businesses next door to them as well.. but they have a giant parking lot about 5 feet in front of the building that you can park in and walk.
Kid-friendliness: Seems to be a good atmosphere. Tiny inside. So I imagine when it is busier you can't find seating.

Honestly, I’m not sure who’s more obsessed with Fresh Fit—me or my kids! I like to stop out for an afternoon smoothie, but my kids can’t get enough of the protein balls. We’ve even grabbed the DIY kits a couple of times, and they had a blast putting them together!
It’s so nice to have healthy, delicious options that the whole family loves.

We love coming here before or after biking the loop. Delicious coffee, great food combinations (grilled cheese, breakfast sandwich, and southwest burger)! Chairs are a bit uncomfortable but that helps turn over the tables for the next guests to enjoy.
