Waited behind the car at the pickup window for 20 minutes while they talked through the drive thru window passing a cell phone back and forth from car in front of me to the employee about 10 times. The car in front of me never even got food. It sure what they were talking about but it was very unprofessional. Then when we did finally get up to the window, no apology for waiting, no explanation of what was going on. Nothing , both the guy and girl in the window were extremely rude!

The Frisco burger was way over done! I usually enjoy your Frisco but it really sucked this time. Had to ask for new fries, these were sitting around for at least 15 minutes. We ate in at 17:59 on 03/23/24. You guys can "Do Better", come on!
Arrived at 8:15 am. Ordered. Was told had to wait for biscuits to be finished. Would be a couple of mins. It is now 8:27am and still sitting do pick up window with no food in sight. All your items for breakfast require a biscuit. Why are you not pro active and have them ready to go. Not acceptable. 4 cars behind us. Finally just got food at 8:31 a m

After ordering and paying for my family's breakfast I was informed they ran out of biscuits and had half of my order or I would have an 18 minute wait
