Walked in at 955am on a saturday, after 45 min, we asked about our food only to find out it was going to be 20 more minutes. Somehow they justified this wait by saying other tickets were 40 molin behind. Wasn't even that crowded. Ended up having to eat breakfast at a gas station. Lesson learned.

Great service tonight, our waitress was nice and got everything out pretty quick even while handling a bunch of other tables. Only thing I would say as that its extremely understaffed, poor girl was trying but she was amazing definitely will be coming back!

I come to this location at 9:30 and the doors are locked and there is other customers inside eating and the hours of operation says that they close at 10pm so why is the door lock!! And I call the store and nobody answers the phone!! This is ridiculous no wonder this location doesn't have alot of service here!! I will be calling corporate

This is honestly one of the nicest IHOPs I've been to. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and looked nice. & The food was very good. Worth the visit!

Walked in and were told a 15 min wait, an hour later we finally got our food. They were taking so many to go orders they couldn't seat the dining room and then the kitchen got slammed when they did. Terrible management.
Pleasantly surprised that our 55+ items were less than listed on the menu. Lots of food. Had to take some home.

We walked in before another table, the server saw us, and the other table ordered, and got their food, and finished before I had to chase down the server. Rude staff, and it wasn't even busy! There were 3 other tables of 2 in the whole resturant. Getting our bill, and paying also took forever. The server got really snippy when I wanted to pay separate (I was with one other person). I don't plan on going back. I literally walked in for coffe to hang out with a friend, and the server didn't even bring me a cup. I had to call the server to get me a cup, and even then, she half ignored me!

3x I been here. Service is always lacking. No one comes to check on you or offer refills at all, usually you dont even see anyone on the floor to even ask. Food 1x was great last 2x has been dry and gross. Also there was maybe 2 tables besides us there so not packed for this low of service. Guess I'll find a new spot to stop at before movies in fondulac.
