Decided to stop at the local jersey Mike’s in Fond du Lac Wisconsin for a quick bite to eat very unimpressed bunch of young kids running the shop standing around doing nothing tried to order a sandwich and the young man behind the counter was very very rude and had an attitude problem I don’t know why you need five people in a sub shop where there’s no customers absolutely ridiculous

I was in around noon today 12/19 and this place was BUSY! They were absolutely killing it behind the counter everyone working as a team getting the sandwiches out while simultaneously having to restock different areas too. As usual the subs were 'so freaking good' according to my husband. 100% for these guys working today! Great job working under the pressure

My daughter has to eat gluten free and this Jersey Mike's always takes care of her. Even once when I messed up they took care of it with no complaints. It was a huge relief and we love the fact she can eat here with out worries about getting glutened.

Lady who greeted me was very friendly, but I had ordered online to “skip the line” as so heavily advertised. The nice lady started my order when I got there, they were busy so I didn’t mind waiting a few minutes. Then I watched as my partially done subs were left on the back table as all attention was turned to the next 7 walk in customers. I understand lunch rushes and how busy it can get but out of the 4 if not 5 people working, not one of them could have finished my sandwiches? Seems to have defeated the purpose of ordering online in the first place, if all priorities are placed on any and all walk in traffic and not on the orders that were placed half an hour ago.

First time trying this place. A friend of mine recommended this place since I was visiting from out of town. Ordered the Chicken Philly. Delicious! Will come back when visiting.

I think Jersey Mike’s makes one of the best cheesesteaks in the area. Unfortunately, my last visit was disappointing. Went into Jersey Mike’s only to find that the music was excessively loud. I could not hear the person behind the counter take my order. I had to ask him two or three times. The tables and floor and the cafeteria area were messy. Tables haven’t been wiped off in a while and the floor had pieces of bread and lettuce laying under the table. The receptacle that took the trash was overflowing by the door. Makes me think twice about coming to the restaurant again.

Always a delicious sub!!! #9 with pepper relish and banana peppers. 😋 the crew is polite and professional. It is a bigger size restaurant than most sub shops. Nice atmosphere. Definitely a place i wouldn't mind bringing my kiddos. Yall rock!!
