This is the second time in a row I have asked for no onions on my sandwich. The person confirmed and wrote on the package that there was no onions and when it was opened there was onions for the second time in a row this needs to be addressed. I'm very doubtful to ever go back due to this reason. Please fix it with your staff.

Been going here for years and have sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches to the be told that the ticket didnt print and that we have to wait even longer for it to be made
They don't deliver to me. Only six miles away. And I was told they door dash but this is incorrect.

The last two times I have gotten delivery it has taken over an hour to get my order. Well I appreciate the delivery drivers, every time I call to see the status of my order, all I get is "im sorry, we are very busy". Whatever happened to sub so fast you'll freak? The subs themselves are delicious but the delivery time is ridiculous.

I am sad about JJs. Let me tell you why! Been going to JJs for 20 plus years. JJs use to be fast, you would order, and before you had paid they had your food ready. I waited 10 minutes, got my receipt shoved in a bag. THEY USE TO HAVE TO GIVE YOUR RECEIPT RIGHT AWAY, OTHERWISE YOUR MEAL WAS FREE!! What happened, this location as well, clean up the place, seriously. If I were the owner, I would have to seriously revamp the whole establishment. JJ would be very disappointed

Got the Big John, roast beef onions, tomato, such a small amount of beef that the tomatoes mask the beef flavor.the restaurant was clean and employees polite. Not sure if sandwich was worth the cost.
