The Fond du lac jimmy johns is a disappointment every time I go. I can go to any other jimmy johns and not have an issue. I rarely go to the one in Fond du lac but when I do it seems to take longer than usual. For some reason they can never get my order right. I drove all the way home again today just to find out I got someone else's order, not mine!

Very slow delivery. It took 30+ minutes to get a delivery, we live less that 1 mile from the store.Bread was hard and couldn't eat it. Avakoto was very light.Overall a bad experience, not again.

They delivered half the order...said it was on its way..giggled.I called back 20 mins later..still no rest of my 37 dollar order...plus no bacon..more giggling from the manager...what is this? I even tipped the driver the rest of the 40 bucks.
Best subs in Fond du Lac by far, I'd eat there everyday if my wallet allowed it. Plus it's got a nice little drive thru, though be warned, if you have a big SUV or truck you might not fit.

The fond du lac wi location seems to have issues following directions. When I ordered from work...no napkins, no straws...I just ordered from home..i got charged for condiments that weren't in my bag..come on ya'll...online orders literally detail out what's needed. If I'm paying extra for kickin ranch...where is it? If I pay for extra meat...where is it? Seriously...I'm so disappointed ? I wish i could add a picture..literally 1 piece of tomato...I strip of bacon I paid 1.99 extra for..

Placed an order online @10:56 AM to be delivered @12:00 PM. It is currently 12:41 and still haven't got my delivery. I called @12:22 to ask if it was coming and he told me that the driver picked it up @12:05 and it should be there shortly. Why would i set a time of 12:00 if they weren't going to pick it up until five minutes after and it still not arrive 45 mins later? I would have just went there are got it myself. Never going there again.
