i love KFC, but not in fond du lac. paid for our food and an elderly man came in and ordered. he gave them a $50 bill and they couldn't break it. no apology, just told him he wouldn't get his change. his order cost $11. he pulled out all the other money in his wallet which was $7.00 and put it on the counter. I went through the drive through to be told all orders must be made inside as they are slammed. I went in side to see three other people. No one in the dining area and two had already ordered. Not sure they know what slammed means . Waited 15 mins to be asked If I was the one from the drive through. As they proceeded to get the order ahead of me. The staff and management did not show any urgency to get orders placed or to provide service. Worst ever experience!
A client of mine wanted a 3 pc chicken meal. So I stopped in to pick up. Before I even parked, I could see how nasty filthy the doors were! Looked as if they have never been cleaned!
