The ASSISTANT MANAGER AND GENERAL MANAGER WERE VERY VERY RUDE. SNARKY, and just very disrespectful. They don't wanna take orders also, don't wanna do what there paid to do. Very disappointed.

Long drive thru line. People cutting in lines. Wasn’t told there would be a wait for my food. I asked for rest of my order and they seemed confused. I had to get out of my car and go in to only end up leaving without food. I told 2 people I didn’t want to wait. I was told they couldn’t give a refund but I would get my food in about 10 minutes. Ugh! Will not go to this location again!

Standard-issue McDonald’s. Nothing great, nothing terrible. Drive-thru was a little slow for how empty it looked. Food was warm, not hot. They got the order right, which puts them ahead of some others.
Interior was clean enough but felt worn out—like they gave up halfway through a remodel. Staff was going through the motions, no real urgency or energy.
If you need a quick bite and don’t expect much, it works. Just don’t expect more.

I went to the drive-through where they had two lanes.. I took the main lane that’s closest to the building and I pulled up and waited.. and while I waited, other cars took the outside lane and they were helped three cars were helped before anyone said anything on my drive through… I even called out multiple times. While my order did finally get taken I felt it was unnecessary for them to make me wait easily more than two minutes before taking my order. Really just like coming to McDonald’s because I feel like something always happens where they have some excuse.
