After many times going to this location we have never had a good meal. Food is always old over cooked and very little protien added in to all dishes.
Threw my latest attempt to eat there after 4 bites. Old hard and skimped on main course.
Dont waste your time on this place avoid it. I have spoke with management many times and they could really care less.
Other Panda locations are infinitely better. So it can be done right if the desire is there by the staff.

Asked for no cabbage in my chow main the lady told me it was no problem. The shock I had when I opened my food to see only cabbage on my plate. Horrible service, horrible food. Do not recommend came 7/18/25 at 8pm

I don’t know how anyone would ever go to the Fond du Lac Panda Express a second time. Food quality is beyond bad. The chow mein was dry, fried rice was overcooked and soggy, the beef and broccoli had exactly two pieces of beef and the kung pao chicken wasn’t much better. We waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru and when we tried to speak to the manager, we were told they weren’t there?! Really?! Poorly run location of otherwise decent food.

Great food! Sometimes you might have to wait because it's a popular spot but that's very much to be expected– you'd have to be a pretty unreasonable person to think otherwise! Employees are very hard workers, especially Madison and Eve.
Workers were nice and food came quick. I don’t normally leave reviews but the orange chicken was so BUNZ (bad) Like genuinely just made me wanna cry.

Who can break my record? Had waited 45 minutes to receive my order! Got there 25 minutes after placing the order online. I waited 20 minutes and asked them three times, and they still had not started my order. Waited another 25 minutes to finally receive my order. Many people arrived after me had left with their orders, but I was still waiting there. BTW, I ordered one family meal.
