There was a bucket with a rag in sanitizer water to wipe down the tables before I sat down to eat. IMO it wasn't that busy to have someone clean the tables up. Doesn't take long. Other than that great food. Awesome service.

Ordered through the drive-thru, and the lady told us it would be 2 minutes and to pull into a spot.15 minutes passed, and nobody came out with our food. We go in and are told it will be another 30 minutes if we want our food. We said why didn't you tell us that to begin with then?? This place is horrible, and then since it was going to be a long time for the steak, they gave us chicken instead (which we paid for steak so there is a price difference there, and we ended up being ripped off) Madison G. should be fired.

My husband & daughter love the food here. I've not eaten here myself. But I may one day try the beef & broccoli. Prices are good & I'm told it reheats well too

Man I placed an online order and came to pick up for 6:35. Get to drive thru at 6:40 said too many people inside and they couldn’t get it done, so go inside and wait. Waited for 20 mins inside and no one got it to us, come 7:00pm, 25 mins later still nothing. Pretty ridiculous. First time here I didn’t mind the food but service was as bad as it gets

Just tasty food!
Orange chicken is my favorite. But today I was very disappointed, the chicken was hard. Like it was over microwaved. Very sad way to waste my very small income.

Was out of my favorite entree due to being after 9pm and I wasnt too thrilled but guy working hooked me up with some extra Rangoons..shows great customer service .. much appreciated.. hope he gets a raise!

They are absolutely lazy. When someone orders 4 of a sauce. That’s what you get. Then obviously if someone orders food maybe provide them utensils and a straw for a soda. Maybe lay off the drugs ?♀️

My son and I ordered chow mein noodles and teriyaki chicken. When we got to the window the employee said they ran out of the teriyaki chicken so we opt it for eggroll which was fine. The problem is when we got home, my son opened his bowl and noticed there was barely any noodles in the chow main noodle bowl. I looked and confirmed it. We always ordered the same thing so I know this wasn't right. There was 90 % cabbage with barely any noodles. I called the restaurant to explained this to the guy who answered the phone. He offered to give us another bowel free and offer to deliver it which i was very happy with. This is what I call good customer service! This location is always out of teriyaki chicken 80% of the time when I go there so this experience just drove me mad but since they made up by bringing another bowl with noodles to my son, I feel like they made up for it.

Forgetful staff. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru to pick it up. The woman at the window said they were just finishing up part of our order and asked us to pull into spot 2 and they’d bring it out to us. We waited for about ten minutes and watched multiple other orders be brought out. The worker even handed us someone else’s order and never asked what we were waiting for when we said that it wasn’t our order. After another five minutes of waiting, I called and asked if our order was ready and they brought our cold food right out.
