Today was no different, I had the new strawberry poppyseed chicken salad and every bite was refreshing and clean, and the grilled chicken and avocado BLT. Ordered a half cranberry chicken salad sandwich. Sandwich contained mostly lettuce and tomato. Sandwich barely had any of the chicken salad in it at all. Very disappointed.

I went to pick up an order, waited for about 3 minutes before I was even asked what I was there for. I was told by Sadie that my order had not come up on their screen yet so it would be a good 10 minutes. I then went to pick up another order from another restaurant and was back within 10 minutes. I was then informed by Sadie that my order, which I was showing her on my screen, had been given to someone else to drop off and that it was completed on her end. She then refused to make a new one even though my order still needed to be picked up. Needless to say that customer did not die not get their food. Horrible customer service.

We use the drive-through to place our order and the Customer Service - Friendliness was SUPERB! At the Service Window we had Mel - Cashier. Again, SUPERB Customer Service/Kindness and HUMAN HEART. That Strawberry Poppy Seed Salad Is The G.O.A.T. THANKS!!

i actually ordered online delivery. we ordered 2 salads which were more core than lettuce, the fruit on my salad tasted like it’s going bad, and my lid wasn’t even on my salad dish properly. It was like they laid it on top at the last minute. Also if we order 2 salads why do you only put 1 fork and knife in the bag? 2 salads mean 2 forks normally. I also ordered a large soda but received no straw . Do any of your employees care what your customers think of your restaurant. I’m sorry but this experience was very unsatisfactory .

It's been a number of years since my wife and I visited a Panera, but we decided to go on the suggestion of our 6 year old granddaughter. It was a Friday evening at about 7 PM so the restaurant was fairly unpopulated -- this gave us the opportunity to have more of a back-and-forth with the person taking our order, which was nice as he was very engaging. I had no idea what I would get when we walked in but I opted for a sandwich ( with chips ) and some soup, both of which were quite tasty. When we were about halfway done with our meal, I turned to my wife and said that I really had no idea why we hadn't been back here for the last few years but that I was looking forward to retuning soon. Recommended !
Paying $6.25 for this should be illegal. Can we at least fill it all the way ????
