We waited for a long time in the drive through only for the food to be wrong anyway and my long awaited bread bowl to be hard 😠Missing an add on (lettuce) is one thing, forgetting the bacon in a chicken bacon rancher is ridiculous. Honestly, even if it had been made properly, $28 for the pathetic amount of food we received is just absurd. Panera is nothing like I remember and it's a shame.

Need Management. Just came from this place. Went in to have a coffee and a pastry. All 3 regular coffee containers where empty. I informed the cashier and she said she would get some made. Came back 5 to 10 minutes later and still no coffee. I visited with my friend and choked down the pastry dry. When it was time to leave I asked if I could get a credit for the coffee. I was told just to fill it up now. I told her that I don't drink coffee when I drive. She said she can't help me. I told her that I would not be back. She said Whoa sarcastically. Poor Service. I won't be back.

We have been going to this Panera for a long time and the cleanliness has declined greatly over the last year. When you enter the restaurant the glass doors are smudged with lots of fingerprints. When you look at the kitchen area the floors are littered with food and the toaster ovens are black with grime. I will not be returning to this filthy establishment to eat and become ill.

The workers are great! With all the ppl that come in, my orders come out fast and fresh! Today was no different, I had the new strawberry poppyseed chicken salad and every bite was refreshing and clean, and the grilled chicken and avocado BLT. With a green tea .Best summer lunch I had in a while! Thank you for the best service :)
Food is very good. A little pricey but I had a coupon code. Sandwich was a little small for the price.

I went to pick up an order, waited for about 3 minutes before I was even asked what I was there for. I was told by Sadie that my order had not come up on their screen yet so it would be a good 10 minutes. I then went to pick up another order from another restaurant and was back within 10 minutes. I was then informed by Sadie that my order, which I was showing her on my screen, had been given to someone else to drop off and that it was completed on her end. She then refused to make a new one even though my order still needed to be picked up. Needless to say that customer did not die not get their food. Horrible customer service.
