The food is raw get steak and get better employees the floor is dirty and the tables never get wiped off and there’s always crushed up chips on the floor this qdoba need a to close asap and on my mamma there chuck of hair in my food again I will be calling the cops

First experience getting food here in Fond du Lac and it’s not a good one. I get some of my sauces and dressings on the side for my salads and when my coworker picked up the order and brought it to work for everyone it was missing the 4 sauces/dressings I had for on the side. My salad consisted of chicken (minimal), lettuce (and not a lot at all), cheese, and basically a teaspoon of queso. It was incredibly bland. I don’t think I will ever order to go from here again because tickets that are stuck on the bowls are so easy to read. Shouldn’t have missed all of them.

Went in and got a bowl with extra black beans instead of meat since I'm vegetarian. Almost finished the bowl and noticed a chunk of meat in my food. They should have barriers in between ingredients so this kind of cross contamination cannot happen, or at the very least if you notice it happen swap it out for fresh ingredients. I understand that mistakes happen but this kind of negligence is unacceptable. The employees were friendly enough but I will not be eating here again. You go into a restaurant with a level of trust that they will make your food how you requested it.

I want to like this place. I really do. I’ve gotten a burrito to go about 5-6 times now from this place and maybe got 3 good ones max. The place is clean, and the people aren’t rude, but they also seem off, as if it’s their first day on the job every time I walk in. Today I might have gotten 2 ounces of pork on my burrito and with all the stuff I put on it, it was about as wide as a baseball. I’m very happy when I walk in and see they’re getting support from another store but when I see the normal crew I know I’m going to be let down. And on top of that the Dr Pepper has been out the last 2 times. Lock it in guys, no one’s gonna fire you for putting a healthy amount of pork on my burritos. Do better.

I eat Qdoba every day and this location is always a huge disappointment. Management and staff always hides in the back, even during rushes. The tables and floors are always dirty and you can see that they never dust. Half the time they have one employee behind the counter and 4 in the kitchen. Last time the rice was hard and I asked for a manager and he said he would grab him later if he sees him, really? Have never had a good experience here. Every other Qdoba is amazing ?

The employees were super sweet, especially the woman working the register, and everything was finished in a timely fashion. I watched her solve a customer issue expertly, and overall it was just a great experience :)

I see qdoba has deleted my review i assume it’s because i mentioned LISAS name. So again stop begging your customers for 5 star reviews Lisa. I won’t be coming back to this location oshkosh it is. Horrible employees as well. I’m sick of you guys begging me to give you a 5 star review everytime i come in. I will be contacting corporate.

Have been here 3 times. Tonight being the last. The same blond guy has been working all 3 times. He does this exaggerated sigh and eye roll. Very forcefully and rudely asks every question before the tortilla is even done cooking. Repeating the question if you don't answer fast enough. And then he dosent even get the order right because he thinks he can memorize what your answers are before he is even at each station. And then he folds the burrito width wise creating a sloppy ball and then storms off into the back with his arms crossed leaving whoever is running register to deal with the mess. The first time this happened we had assumed he was having a bad day but this has happened to us every time he has taken our order and we have talked to other customers who have also had the same bad experience with this same guy. I don't know how he is still employed with such an awful attitude and service. If the customer service wasent bad enough he also can't seem to get anyone's orders right. I really can't understand how he is adding any value to your team. I love Qdoba but I just can't keep coming here if this is the service I am met with. We are very calm and polite customers I can't imagine why he would treat us like this or how he would treat new customers who may need time to look over the options. I'm really disappointed in qdobas choice to keep this person employed.

Waited over 5 mins to be served in a 100% empty store, was looked at and stared at by multiple employees. Finally some nice woman came out of the back to serve me. I believe she was the manager. Most food trays looked empty and old.

Next time I will just go to kwick trip. Better service and better food at this point.
