Riviera Maya Mexican Bar & Grill

Stopped in on a Monday night with my family. Ordered plate of steak tacos. Food was very dry. The steak taco was like hard small chunks of jerky meat. Wife seemed ok with her food. Server never asked how food was, only asked if he could get us anything else before he gave us the check. I mentioned the dry food at the counter while paying and they said they would talk to the kitchen, and didn’t comp anything on the bill. They also have a 3.5% credit card fee, which is ridiculous to pass on to your customers.

Overall not impressed. Pricey for the quality of food and service. Glad to see they remodeled and have nice atmosphere. The food could be a bit better. Fast taco in town honestly has them beat.

Best Mexican restaurant in the area. They serve real Mexican style food with cilantro, onion, homemade salsas, etc... portions are large. Carnitas plate is enough for 2 people.

The staff is usually very attentive and the service is fast. We have come in several times near close and they are always so nice.

The only negative is the margaritas, they are way too sweet and the blended is premixed so no option to change it. The mojitos are better, closer to the single refreshing drinks as intended.

Love this place! Leo is an amazing server. Super nice and attentive. He had to deal with a really rude customer while we were here and he held his composure and didn't let it spill over to other tables. Food is amazing every time.

Vanessa was absolutely awesome. From the moment we walked in the whole staff was kind and attentive. Food was UNBELIEVABLY GREAT. Was super surprised to find a place here that tasted so much like home. Thank you guys for the greatest dinner ever

1st time there. Had a strawberry margarita. It was the best one I ever had. Delicious!! Craving another one. Chips were also delicious just enough salt. Salsa, what can I say, delicious. Food was very good. Waiter was great

This resturant will not disappoint. We came here due to my Celiac disease and inability to trust other restaurants. This was our first time visiting and we will not hesitate going again. I did not have any adverse reactions. The menu is absolutely amazing! It's huge. A wide variety for anyone to chose from. Authentic mexican cuisine. Welcoming, friendly, and attentive staff. Great food. Generous portions.

First time visiting this restaurant. It was restaurant of choice to celebrate my mom's birthday.
Our waitress though new was helpful and knowledgeable in everything.
Service was quick
Food was packed with flavor.
The only negative was a screaming kid that we were seated near.
Will be back forsure when in the area

Good family restaurant. Not good if you want a quiet meal. My server seemed impatient with me and my anti-cilantro issues but at the end of the day, it was a decent meal
