I had a fabulous interaction this morning with the morning crew baristas...I had placed a mobile order to pick up on my way home from college and had accidentally selected the location on Pioneer road instead of Johnson Street. However, I didn't know I made this mistake until I was at the Johnson Street location and providing the name of my mobile order in the drive-thru. Once I realized what happened I explained that I was at the wrong location and apologized. While pinching myself for this simple mistake and wondering how I would get out of the drive-thru line, the barista didn't even hesitate to offer to make my exact drink at their location for no-cost. In addition, the barista had a great attitude about this and reassured me that it was no problem and that she was happy to make my drink at this location. I can't describe how amazing of an experience this was for me. This saved me from having to drive 10 minutes to the location I had originally sent my drink to. I then called the location that I had originally sent my drink to and explained that they could enjoy my drink due to me going to the wrong location. I also wanted to call out how timely the service was, especially at 6:40am! This crew was awesome. Thank you Starbucks!

So the food is usually pretty tasty and fresh. The bacon is usually pretty gross tho so I always ask for them to remove it and then i put my own bacon on at home. Win win in my book. So this seriously pains me to give 3 stars... Their service is usually really fantastic. Great attitudes, kindness, food is great, bakery- amazing, drinks- tasty. Only gripe i usually have is that when i get the breakfast sandwiches they are on their sides and everything tends to slide off by the time I get home. Today I ordered thru the app and picked up. Then I smelled the bacon. I double checked my receipt and the tag on the outside of each of the breakfast sandwiches. They all say no meat. However, each was layered in chewy bacon. I took off the bacon which took off the gouda cheese :( SOO i stopped at the grocery store and bought gouda cheese. Which is not cheap. Accidents happen but come on y'all. 3 sandwiches that said no meat and no one caught it?

First time at this location! Met a young person who was training at drive thru...Alana?....and she was absolutely lovely. I don't get to Starbucks very often so she had suggestions for me when I told her I didn't know what to order. Her smile at the drive-thru window made my day. I will definitely be back. Oh and the drink she suggested was an iced white chocolate mocha. It was amazing

Went inside to order and had to wait almost half an hour for 2 drinks. When we asked about this, we were told mobile orders were a 20 minute wait. Except that we ordered at the counter…. Staff did not seem to care and kept going about their stuff. We watched the drive thru push people through while people inside waited forever.
