Nasty, not clean, and never has food stocked. I have came here, or tried to, three times in the last 3 months and they never have meatballs? the ones that are in every single advertisement lol? Not clean and rude staff

Went to this location a few times in the last couple months and each time was really disappointing. It was mainly the customer service then the quality of food was going down hill.
One time I went last month I walk in and loud music was blasting out the speakers, can hardly hear each other. It was a black gentleman making my sandwich and I assume his girlfriend was sitting at one on the tables closet to the line staring me down like I was interrupting something.
Another time a lady started to make my sandwich with out gloves on, but I corrected her and had her remake it.
The last time I went was last week and I will never go here again. I thought for sure I was going to get food poisoning but luckily I did not. Looking through the glass at the meats and veggies, they all looked to be in terrible condition. I got stuff on my sandwich that looked like it wasn't going to make me sick, so that was like 3 things on there. I also got some cookies and they were cooked terribly and tasted like they have been sitting there for a couple days.
I liked this location because it was so convenient for me when I am rushing to work and I can swing in here get something quick and leave, but not anymore, I am not risking my health for convenience. This place obviously needs new management because whoever is training these people are not doing a good job.
And to all the Subways, PLEASE BRING BACK MOZZARELLA FOR THE SANDWICHES!

Ordered online for pickup. Got there at the time it said it would be ready and the lights were all off. The worker was outside and said they were closed. I said I had a pickup and she said nobody showed up for closing and she was leaving. I said I paid for an order. She told me to cancel it. When I tried to cancel, there was no option to do so. I got charged for sandwhiches I never received. I went in a few days later and let them know what happened and they took my name and number and said a manager would call me. Nobody called and a week later still no refund.

I have ordered out of this subway 14 times. Yes I counted and no they didn’t get a single order right. Never have I ever had an issue such as this one at a subway. Sloppy made food, bad customer service, and just over a terrible location please do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

This place sucks the service sucks cancelled my whole DoorDash order after marking half of it out of stock ten minutes later, then marked themselves closed on DoorDash at 7:45 pm when they close at 9 pm
Terrible gave me the wrong sandwich again had to go back for the right sandwich and it was like a five year old made it. Ridiculous for the prices

Went to grab a late lunch today, waited for five minutes while staff talked in the back and sliced meats. Yelled hello when we thought they didn’t know we were there and the girl made eye contact with us and just kept talking and didn’t come to help us. I thought she just missed us still so I finally called the phone. Phone starts ringing, girl looks at us again, doesn’t answer the phone. We walked out. Never again visiting that location.

Came here on Monday with family before a fun swimming/outdoor adventure. The service here was wonderful, however the chairs were all up when we showed up after 11 a.m. and they were out of many veggies as well as other things. Might have been a shipment issue, yet it still didn't make up for the atmosphere. Will not be coming to this Subway again.

So, on 1/25/25 we placed an order at 10:55 and walked in at 1105, the pour girl working all by herself as customer after customer kept coming in, not allowing her to get the opportunity to make our 4 subs. It's not her fault at all, but bad management in this situation. We really felt bad for her.
My son lost his bike keys here we went in to talk to the lady and the young kids and they were extremely rude and had no care in the world!! Very cocky and very rude I will be calling corporate! How pathetic I hope one day none of you lose your car Keys irs the holidays and you people have no sympathy!

I was purchasing sandwiches at a Subway in Fond du Lac Wi, Fond du Lac Ave location, on 12/14/2024. I was overcharged by around $14.00. It was very clear that neither employee had a clue as to what they were doing. When I pointed out that I was overcharged one employee hid in the back room and the other one just stared and wouldn’t talk to me. I have never in my life experienced such a spectacle, nor experienced the disregard of a customer. She claimed she didn’t know who her manager was and refused to refund me. She completely ignored me to the point that I was ready to call the police. They completely scammed me out of money with no regard of rectifying the problem nor paying me back. I am just looking to get refunded back my money that is rightfully mine. If you please could contact me to let me know who to contact it would be appreciated. I do have the receipt and a photo of the sandwiches that were ordered. Thank you.
