So, on 1/25/25 we placed an order at 10:55 and walked in at 1105, the pour girl working all by herself as customer after customer kept coming in, not allowing her to get the opportunity to make our 4 subs. It's not her fault at all, but bad management in this situation. We really felt bad for her.
My son lost his bike keys here we went in to talk to the lady and the young kids and they were extremely rude and had no care in the world!! Very cocky and very rude I will be calling corporate! How pathetic I hope one day none of you lose your car Keys irs the holidays and you people have no sympathy!

I was purchasing sandwiches at a Subway in Fond du Lac Wi, Fond du Lac Ave location, on 12/14/2024. I was overcharged by around $14.00. It was very clear that neither employee had a clue as to what they were doing. When I pointed out that I was overcharged one employee hid in the back room and the other one just stared and wouldn’t talk to me. I have never in my life experienced such a spectacle, nor experienced the disregard of a customer. She claimed she didn’t know who her manager was and refused to refund me. She completely ignored me to the point that I was ready to call the police. They completely scammed me out of money with no regard of rectifying the problem nor paying me back. I am just looking to get refunded back my money that is rightfully mine. If you please could contact me to let me know who to contact it would be appreciated. I do have the receipt and a photo of the sandwiches that were ordered. Thank you.

Subway “eat fresh” or I mean mold…..
Do NOT eat at the Subway on Fond du Lac Avenue, Scott st or E Johnson St. - any Subway that Buckley Enterprises owns from Green Bay to Milwaukee and everywhere in between.
I’ve always struggled with the topic of cleanliness because having worked at a Jimmy Johns, Subway is just dirty and maybe JJ’s is just super clean, but Subway is dirty. About a month ago Pepsi had come to this store (and others) to look at the equipment as in January Subway is switching over to pepsi. That pepsi employee took pictures of the inside of the ice machine and warned my entire staff and I to “NOT” eat the ice because all the black in the image is MOLD. The owner doesn’t care to spend any money fixing any of his stores and this store in particular is so badly damaged and moldy that when Steritech came for their visits, this store failed despite the employees efforts to get the store clean. The ceiling has water damage from leaks in the roof, underneath the floor tiles is COVERED in black mold and pests, yet the owner simply does not care.
The freezer often times stops freezing and there have been times that everything in it has thawed, but we were still told to use the products inside and to just let them refreeze. The lettuce expires and despite how brown or ugly it looks, we have to serve that to the guests and the bain (cold table) the food is kept in all day is so cold that the food inside of it freezes and sticks to the side so unless you’re heating your sandwich up, you likely have frozen sliced deli meat that may or may not be expired as the “expiration dates” are oftentimes ignored.
This company scammed me each and every paycheck, did not pay me for my vacation and the regional manager never even trained me, a GENERAL MANAGER how to do my job. She worked with me for one day and then it was 6 weeks before i saw her again and any time i needed assistance or help she wouldn’t answer calls or texts. My signature is on a document with my agreed upon salary and not once was I actually paid what my salary was and I have even had to spend my own money to buy things that the store needed, but because i enjoyed my job most days and enjoyed my staff, i never had issues doing that. I didn’t even get time off when my great grandmother passed away and had to work both before and after her funeral.
This is no fault of the staff at any of these locations as they have done the absolute best job they can with the very minimal resources provided for them.
When I became the GM for FDL Ave and Scott street, my main priority was cleaning as I was blown away by the look of the store. Unfortunately there was only so much we were able to do without spending our own money to fix things (which many of us have done)
The regional manager has now taken over as I am no longer with the company and she even failed to go train the staff despite me telling her who required what training to properly work at the store solo.
When I started working there, in the back kitchen was easily 12-16 tiles in the floor so badly damaged that they were broken and brittle, i made the maintenance man fix those..
The AC broke during some of those incredibly hot days and we were forced to work in our store when it was 90+ degrees outside, the solution was to “use fans” although none were provided for us and that was money that came out of my pocket to keep my staff comfortable.
Temperatures are supposed to be taken daily to ensure food isn’t in the temperature danger zone, but because the regional manager never brought a thermometer, they don’t get done. Just another thing they expected me to pay for out of my own pocket even though they didn’t once pay me the salary we agreed on
Since my departure, I have seen and heard many, many negative reviews on this store and HR has failed to send me my paystubs or communicate with me after my departure
The store is a mess, they leave the tables dirty. They have a bug problem. And the workers are very rude. We got a wrap and they give us a flat bread

Ordered a Turkey and bacon on regular bread. Bread was stale and hard. Hardly any meat or cheese. Couldn't even tell it had mayo on it. Driest sandwich I've ever choked down. And the bottled in the refrigerator is warm ?

Been getting a lot lately because it is on my way but the food is always super messy cookies are soft in the middle but hard on the outside I went there almost an hour before they closed and they were out of meatballs and choc. Chip cookies. Went there this past Sunday in the morning was standing in lobby for 15 minutes and nobody came out to make food.

We just got door dash. 1. You labeled the sandwiches wrong. You had the one with cheese marked as no cheese. 2. These are the worst 2 sandwiches I’ve ever had from subway. It tasted like the meat was cooked directly on a Burt on grease that’s been sitting there for months. Is there a way to have door dadhers not pick up from this subway. It’s terrible. I would have tipped you another 10 bucks just to not have you pick up from this one. Friggin awful.

Just got my order delivered by doordash, however I ordered through the Subway website. The receipt is attached to the outside of the bag, it says a meal with coke, yet when I asked the dasher he said that subway told him there was no soda. They don't answer their phone when I try to call. This type of customer service is why I don't eat at subway anymore. I haven't had a good experience at any of the stores in my area in the last few years.
